To my observation , 1.70 seems to be the resilience level with supports felt. PP has been determined at 1.55 based on the average price of 1.70 .Hence ,there is no reason why it can descend beyond 1.70.

Bahvest is expected to report huge loss in the upcoming QR in view of its ongoing negotiation of the compensation of RM 21m ++++. Even final settlement of half of the said amount , it is still considered to be substantial.

For 1 kg of Gold, Bahvest is required to process 20-30 tons of Ore ( assuming the ore is found in abundance ) . To report modest profit or more in each QR , the company is expected to produce at least 100kg of Gold ( assuming the gold price is maintained at RM 330 per gram). Hopefully , no fool's gold is found.

Following the explanation of the new mgt on the hefy loss in QR(31/3) was merely attributable to the payment of the non refundable deposit of rm13m, the next compensation payment of rm21( subject to negotiation) will be due soon,which will have to be taken into account of the upcoming QR( 30/6) resulting in another expected loss by that amount if not more. I am afriad, you guys might need to hold longer than expected.

On a separate note, it was very irresponsible of the new mgt to put the blame publicly on MACC for the delay of submission of QR. All of the sudden,the new mgt was able to submit the QR today which was clearly demonstration of the mgt of no integrity and reflection of their reluctance to release in bad faith.

Since the QR is not subject to audit,why couldn't it be released in time in good faith? Why deliberately passed the buck if it was a " bread and butter " to the mgt?

The raids were conducted in May but the QR was related to 1/1-31/3. It is a normal practice for the Account Dept to finalise the QR by the end of April. The new mgt should have the drafted QR long ago before the raids were even started. It is not fair to put the blame on MACC for the delay. Its all BS
