Output yield is unpredictable. Whenever the output yield was not reachable in QR , Ex-CEO used to claim that the excavation was not done " deep" enough to unearth the gold underneath. How deep is deep ? No matter how deep is excavated , no gold means no gold but fool's gold.... Hence, how can it be sustainable in the long run ? Basically, it is destined to be doomed unless outsource of gold is injected like the non-existence of 100kg of gold.... still remains as a mystery as at to date......

Nope, Cap A 's NTA is negative while AAX is not. Hence AXX 's position is heathier than that of Cap A . As said, Cap A's total Debt is RM 17.8b and NTA is -RM9b

FL and party have claimed that that they are still in the process of negotiation with DL and party for the settlement of the trespassing issue and other issues. However, it is believed that their initial negotiation ended up without any progress. It is said that FL and party have pressed for reduction and time extension but DL and party have rejected outright and the nego has reached " stalemate " in the interim. It is expected that further rounds of negotiation are underway but so far no schedules are forwarded.

Judging from the situation, DL and party are adamant for their demand while FL and party dont seem to give in. Who was in the wrong first, FL or DL ? So far ,there is no signs of reconciliations but loggerheads are expected to continue at the detriment of the interest of investors. Most investors have already sidelined this counter hence the uptrend is unlikely to happen for a while.

This counter is believed to be untouchable following inno has become the most significant investor. Why? It is because inno is a security firm which can detect every movement of every investor to their advantage in the market. This counter is expected to be in hibernation for a long long time not even the new management could turn it around. Thats why the total shareholding of the new management is maintained at 10% which is at the comfortable level to exit any time . If they were so confident of this company, they would have increased their shareholdings to more than 50%......

To my observation, this counter doesnt intrigue other investors including retailers anymore.

Basically , it is believed that the recent momentums have been merely motivated by innosabah only but there is no enough without the active participation of other investors. Furthermore, the output yield of Gold is uncertain from one QR to another QR coupled with other impending legal issues, the prospects of the company is doubtful and bleak in the interim unless you are prepared to hold for donkey years. But then, there would be loss of opportunities for you.....

There is no problem for AXX to settle its own debts, hence no problem for AXX to get out of PN17. The only teethy problem is its sister company , Capital A with massive debts of RM 17.8b and Negative NTA of RM -9b. In order to get CapA out of PN17, it is impossible for CA to save themselves on their own and the financial assistance must come from AAX as well

As said, to zerosize -NTA of RM 9b, AAX must at least come with half of RM 9b, ie RM 4.5b. With 4.5b, AAX must issue 2.5b shares( assuming at RM 1.80 ) , seriously ballooning the existing share capital base of 414m shares to almost 3b shares. This move shall certainly face the backlash from the existing shareholders of AA

The Market is forward looking. The share prices are changing in response to the news be it negative or positive news, but certainly not stale news. All the news ( be it negative or positive ) mentioned by you earlier was already past which had been duly reflected in the past . Such stale news does not impact the current share price.

Before the regularisation plans will be submitted to SC , they ( the said RP ) must be approved by the shareholders otherwise they will be back to the drawing board....Back to square one.
