The sudden surge of share price yesterday was the reflection of the 2 Ngs to strike back by calling EGM for removal of the entire BOD. The said surge is viewed as a positive response of the major shareholders and many others to be in favour and support of the Duo to return to the BOD to helm the Company.

BOD tussles again. More trouble and uncertainties are expected. Both Ex- Executive Directors Brain and Dino are in loggerhead with Eddit. More dramas are expected and more revelation of the cat of the bag is expected...... Stay out of it

Making every attempt to prolong the trading life of SD so that he and his gang could exhaust the financial resources of the company through hefy directors' remuneration and high perks?

1 million shares at 0.005 only costs you rm5000.....very very cheap .....but don't be a cheapskate,you will lose all with your pants dropping to your knees in the end.....

If you feel that justice has not been served at the high court level beyond reasonable doubts and you have valid grounds to counter ,of course you can exercise your right to appeal at the court of appeal.No one can be deprived of his/her right to seek justice.

Now then the 2 Ngs ( keymen ) have gone leaving 1 Ng is helming the ship in the troubled water. He ( Eddit ) can no longer control the ship and it is expected to sink fast and furious like the Titanic even the New CEO (Danny) can not salvage the ship now .....it is destined to be doomed......

Like every right of citizen,SD has a right to appeal for the winding up order granted by the High Court to stay put until it is heard in the appeal.

Now then Eddit has hired new CEO, Danny in the hope of turning turn it around but I can tell you that with Eddit around , it would be difficult for the new chap to revamp. Without the involvement of the two keymen around ( Brain and Dino) , company would be at the dire strait if not regressing. If you think you can keep averaging like what is done in SD , you would be dead meat like what the investors are faced with SD right now....

Basically Equity shareholders can kiss and say goodbye to their investment in SD.

Their compulsive averaging and more averaging was devastating and it didn't always work.

Secured creditors stand to lose as they don't expect to recoup all their investments through funding to SD.

I have a feeling that the whole episode is just a plot whereby the trio ( Eddie, Brain and Dino) colluded to one another with an agenda to depress the shares so that they would accumulate the depressed share price. After which, Eddit would declare that the duo ( Brain and Dino) are free from any wrongdoings following the investigation. They would make huge gain when the share prices are restored. The recent appointment of the current CEO ,Danny is just another show of circus too good to be real ....

Firstly, the duo are still directors ( not fired yet ) who can walk in and out of the office freely

Thirdly, the Ex- ED merely went back to collect his own belongings which happen to be documents. He required assistance to carry his own belongings. that's nothing's wrong with it

As said, the duo are still directors. They can not be deterred from entry into the premises. The question of force entry is not tenable. Seizure of the documents belonging to the company is unacceptable but if it can be proven that such documents are drafted ones in personal capacity , then it is another story....

the duo has not been removed as directors ...... you need to hold EGM where you need to pass the ordinary resolution ( which requires more than 50 % shareholding ) to remove the directors... My question is that do Eddie and his gang ( BOD ) have more than 50 % shareholding or not to execute the removal ?

Companies Act 128 provides that shareholders of a public company may remove a director, before the expiration of the term of his office, by passing an ordinary resolution at the general meeting( AGM or Extraordinary GM).
