Have you heard of a saying ? " When two dogs strive for one bone, a third runs away with it" . To put it another way, when the duo and M Group are fighting for more shares at the depressed price , the third party like the youtubers and followers stand to benefit from it too.

It is interesting to see which party will trigger a " mandatory take-over" . The Duo ? or the M Group ? or the unknown 3rd Party ? well well well , the climax of the drama has just begun.......

It can not be denied that both parties ( the duo and the M Group ) are capitalising on the fear of the the panicky chicken heads throwing cheap tickets to them.

To counter this, a 3rd force is believed to have stepped in with the huge block to prevent both parties from achieving their agendas.

Another interesting fact is that there was a huge block of 220 million +++ shares queuing to buy at RM 0.275 yesterday afternoon.

Who created such a huge block? Could it be the Duo ( Dino& Brain), or the M Group or 3rd party friendly to the duo or 3rd party friendly to M Group or another independent 3rd party ( 3rd unknown force ) ?

From the insider news, Dino acquired 16 millions++ back to replenish his shareholdings to 14.21% ( He used to hold 17.71% singly ). It is believed the the M Group is holding about 12%-15% through proxies . Their main proxies now are basically the two fellows so called " IT experts" by the names of Leong and Teh who are having the pledged shares collectively about 12% .

From the above basis ,both the Duo and M Group are believed to be fighting for more shares to take full control . Once either of both parties has managed to reach shareholding of 33% or more , that party will be able to trigger " Mandatory take -over ".

In my view, it could be another 3rd force to join in with the huge block to prevent both parties from reaching the required number to trigger the mandatory takeover or the agenda of the 3rd force is just to protect its own interest by preventing the share from being further depressed and plummeted to penny stock. Thats why the lady youtuber has swiftly posted for a " buy call".

Nevertheless, it is interesting to see if the block will continue to be present next week or not . Yes or No, you should know what to do next .........

Recently , a number of ex- law and enforcement officers such as ex- police heads, ex-DPP ( Deputy Public prosecutors ) etc etc have been appointed by Mafia Group ( M Group ) as non-independent directors sitting the BOD . Why? it is because they want to be portrayed and seen as " the Good " gangs with the participation of those ex law and enforcement officers . Honestly speaking, do you really believe that ?

Secondly , it is their strategy to mitigate the impact of the on-going investigations on them. The current investigation officers in charge could be friendly to the M Group due to the presence of the ex law and enforcement office on board. All these are displayed in disguise.

The lady Youtuber was incorrect for the 2nd factors.

The shares acquired by the two fellows ( Leong and Teh) are basically the pledged shares from M Group who acquired cheap from EN off market earlier on.

The M group want to take full control of the BOD but are reluctant to acquire shares open market cos its expensive to do so. Hence,they resorted to acquire the shares from EN cheap off market . The next step is to pledge their shares to the two fellows.Their purpose is just to convince the market that these two fellows so called " IT experts" with substantial shareholdings are serious to turn the company around in disguise.

If you have checked properly , all the shares being pledged to the two fellows ( Leong and Teh ) are from M-Group. When these two fellows ( so called IT experts) are made as executive directors who are also seen to be holding substantial shareholdings in the company, it creates a good impression and confidence that the two fellows are seriously committed to turn the company around.

What a good camouflage and disguise in display ! As said, you can fool Tom, Dick and Harry, but you cant fool the Market.

That youtuber may have bought a lot and trying hard to promote it to the level that she can sell at a handsome profit.

You may recall a few weeks ago , there was one lady youtuber asking for " Buy call" at around 50c+++ at that moment in time. It is believed that many have responded to the " buy call " and have ended up with huge paper loss of 20c +++ by now . The loss could be more when it hits penny stock ..... so pathetic....

Checking back , that youtube clip seems to have gone and been deleted out of the blue.

Another alternative for the duo is to sell now and then buy back cheap later when it has fallen into penny stock shall they decide to make a comeback in the future.

The Duo must have been hesitating to sell or to hold at some point in time . if they hold, their shareholding will be worth less and less following the depression of share price day in and day out ( it is expected to be a penny stock pretty soon ). if they sell now, they will cease to be substantial shareholders collectively, which would compromise their position to make a comeback in the future.

From the moment when they decided to relinquish their directorship , I believe they are likely to call it a day and dump their shareholdings in the interim.

Though the gangs have increased their shareholdings by buying it cheap open market, they are expected to suffer huge paper loss when the price is dropping to penny stock. But they would be able to recoup by feeding off the asset including cash in the company once they are in full control.

Whether the retailers and/or the duo have been tricked to sell or not is out of the questions. The retailers and the duo have lost confidence in this company and set to dump all their shareholdings open market anyway. Penny stock is unavoidable due to overwhelming dump.

Once the gang is in full control, they will adopt the " pump and dump" to recoup their investment or losses. A lot of retailers are expected to be drawn into . Why? ,they see it as " affordable cheap" penny stock but they fail to see the potential risk behind it.

As expected,the mafia gang has increased their substantial shareholdings as seen from the two members,leong and Teh who are now the substantial shareholders who are collectively holding more than 10%++ .

The gangs are expected to acquire more to reach more than 30++ to take full control.

In order to secure full control ,the mafia group is believed to continue to collect cheap( their investment)using funding from 3rd parties legal or otherwise.Once they are in full control ,they will rip apart the assets of the company and exhaust the cash ( the co is said to have ton of cash available) through " shenanigan deals" where funds siphoned would be used to repay their investments. It sounds like a perfect plot,doesn't it?

So do you believe that they care for the prospect of the company? The company is expected to be a penny stock forever ,leaving the investors holding the worthless paper in despair in the end.

That's why I say the duo will set to dump their entire shareholding causing avalanches to limit down to penny stock pretty soon.
