This company is different from SD ( Serba) where the founder, Dr.K doesnt want to ditch the company because
of sentimental value and he is still claiming "no foul play" as at to date ( He should know better) but every one thought otherwise. Dr.K is putting its head inside the hole like an ostrich as if nothing was happening outside. On the other hand, RGB has been ditched by all its co-founders who run like ostriches faster than anyone else. To make matter worst, the compony is now in the wrong hand of the group up to no good.... so pathetic..

Key personnels/ management are said to have ditched the company following the recent hostile takeover and change of BOD. Apparently, they can sense that the company is no longer conducive to work in.

Though 3.1 millions shares+++ are blocked at 0.30 , it is futile as the sales volumes are overwhelming and unstoppable. it is likely to record down to 0.30 if not lower today

I never doubt on AAX . They can recover very fast from their losses through no fault of themselves. The beauty is that they can make everyone fly from one remote place to another remote place at affordable price. The people all over the world love this budget airline. Thats why the births of budget airlines are getting more and more. Their business model is good and so is the prospects .

It is wise of EN to dispose of all his shareholding otherwise he would have to face with huge margin calls following the depreciation of the share price everyday. If he fancies due to nostalgia, he can still buy back at the cheapest .... the cheapest has yet to come I am afraid.

Though AAX is relegated to PN17 , it is not due to ill-management but due to the unfortunate circumstances ie prolonged pandemic through no fault of themselves . The air transportation is still a necessity for international and regional cross borders. The volumes of passengers and flights have been increasing substantially since re-opening of the cross border travelling and so has been the revenue and profitability . Their huge accumulated loss is expected to be eliminated very soon.

They are prepared to dump their shareholding any time from now in a continuous mode fast and furious creating massive cascade of falls to a limit down to reach a penny share in a single day. Based on the current Forward PE , the Company is expected to make a profit of RM 7-8 million in the upcoming QR . Given that scenario, the TP is expected to be double of what is reflected today. No day dream , fantastic dream or American dream, it is based on reasonableness and the forwarding circumstances surrounding the company.

As i have said, you just cant have two masters in one house. Danny was appointed as CEO while Francis was appointed as ED .Their executive roles/ functions are just overlapping and bound to be in serious conflicts. I am sure Danny can sense the difficulties in discharge of his duties effectively and has called it a day.

It is unfortunate of the Duo to be incriminated for the disposal of Motor vehicle (MV ) without Board resolution. As said, if there was no board resolution for the purchase of the MV in the 1st place , then it was not a company car . The money paid for by the company could be taken as a loan to Director. The Director can register the car under his name and dispose of it without board resolution ( MV is not a company car) . No big deal. The legal case brought against them is to prevent them from returning to office and the case will take some time. Eventually, the duo would be removed from the BOD until they have cleared their names.

To pre-empt from such occurrence, the Duo have initiated their resignation ,which i think they have done the right move .

The moment the duo have resigned as Executive Director and Director respectively , they might have probably thought of disposing the entire shareholdings in time to come as the duo are no longer Directors who are required to be accountable to the shareholders. They are not accountable to the shareholders as they are no longer in the capacity as directors . Their capacity is of shareholders who are at liberty to sell shares at their disposal.

I have a feeling that the duo would dump their entire shareholdings OPEN Market instead of off market . I Know it is expensive to sell open market but the duo are not concerned with the money anymore. Their agenda is to plummet the share price to the maximum to make the incumbent 's shareholdings worth only penny at the mercy of the Duo.

It is clear that the current BOD is not acting in the best interest of the shareholders but would let the company rot and exhaust the resources of the Company till it is heavily indebted. Basically ,the company is destined to be doomed.

The Duo are still holding about 90 Million shares worth about RM 31.2 Million ( assumed to be valued at 0.355 as at to date ). The shareholding of the Duo would probably be worth less if the share price continues to plummet. The duo are mulling hard if they want to keep their shareholdings and fight back or dump their entire shareholding open market. The duo might do so in order to depress the shares to the maximum to teach the incumbent a hard lesson.

The way it goes, it would probably plunge below 10cent. The cheapest has yet to come, Your persistent averaging is greater than your loss.
