Following the completion of PP in Nov 21as mentioned above ,gain is believed to have been made by PP investors through recent rally of price hike.

It is time for them to buy back at the " depressed price".but how depressed is depressed ? I think you should know better.....

If the issued price for PP was fixed at 0.70 as posted by someone above,then it is possible to plummet below 0.70 and more with the support of " shorties" from within....

Before the QR is out ,the price was pushed up to enable those subscribers of newly PP to exit and then to buy back at "depressed price" later after QR.

Sorry to say the Court requires the creditors to have the final say on the appointment of JM .The Court does not allow SD unilaterally to determine the appointment of JM.

To protect the interest of all stakeholders including debts holders,it is very likely that the JM is appointed by the Court just like the receiver / liquidator.

With hindsight ,its easier to say than done.

To be honest,how many times do you get them right ( be it up or down) with hindsight? If 9 out of 10 ,you got them right with hindsight . That's 90%,u could be said to be a guy of foresight. In general,most people would get them wrong.

However,if you got them 50% or below right with hindsight ,then you have serious issue. It is suggested u go against your own judgement or sense. For example,if you make a judgement to buy "small" ,then you go opposite ie to buy " Big" instead.

By doing so,you could be right in most cases in the end.

High Court has ordered SD to reveal the FFU in two occasions .SD keeps defiant to apply for stay with Appeal Court and possibly Federal Court. Even though the upcoming verdicts are not on their side, SD have applied for JM as a backup to prolong their survival as long as they possibly could.

By then,all the resources of SD will been exhausted to leave basically "negative value" to the stakeholders like 1MDB.....
