3.IT projects were basically and purportedly non-existent- sum involved Rm 320m

4. Bahrain projects were basically and purportedly non-existent- sum involved Rm 50m

Total sum unverified more than RM 1.45 b.

Are the above immaterial to be disclosed?.

Averaging is a dangerous investment strategy. Averaging can turn out to be avalanche in the end if it doesnt come your way.........

Imagine you keep averaging every 10 cent from 80 cents to 30 cents with a total of 5 times of averaging which could end up to be disastrous and devastating as in the case of SD.

I bet some may even be thinking of averaging when it comes to penny or even penniless upon lifting of suspension ( not sure if this would ever happen or not from the way it goes now)

There is nothing wrong with the following @statement but if the irregularities are detected during the conduct of statutory auditors,its the onus of the auditors to disclose the material facts unless SD could prove otherwise.

Where such facts can not be disproved,SD should not then resort to authoritarianism to suit its agenda by hassling the auditors etc etc as if they did not want to leave any stone unturned.

The question of adequate time to be given to the auditors to perform their statutory obligations without interference and time constraints to ensure audit works can be conducted effectively and sufficiently is just a lame excuse.
