3.the market is calm down at least to avoid the diarrhoea.
4.shares price will be restored gradually but not expected to regain its previous glory for the immediate future.

Everybody gives chances to SD

1. KPMG proposed IR as 2nd opinion.since SD didn't believe KPMG

2. KPMG didn't resign immediately but willing to cooperate to resolve the issues.

3.previous INEDs advised SD not to take drastic action to sue KPMG before they collectively resigned in protest.

4.EPF didn't dispose all of their SD shares but just a friction of it to pre-warn SD.( in effect,they still give chance to SD to resolve)

5.SC has given breathing space to SD to accept IR

6.many diehard fans of SD have yet to dispose as they still have faith in SD

7.EY,knowing their difficult position has stepped in to try to address but subject to conditions

8. SD has been given a lot of chances to repent but keep defying and denying instead to the disappointment of everyone ,including uncle Tan....

SD was hesitant in accepting the IR as proposed by KPMG who had given SD another chance to provide them with the satisfactory answer.

No action to be carried out by SD since proposal.

Even now SD is still hesitant to opt for IR ,they only agree to IR now due to the ongoing pressure from SC and EPF.
