沿海工程（COASTAL，5071，主板工業產品組）進軍升降式鑽油平台業務領域，這將可改善其重複性收入，提昇公司價值鏈及多元化旗下業務。
黃氏唯高達指出，沿海工程收購的升降式鑽油平台，料將在2014年次季交貨。管理層計劃將鑽油平台外包，因為該公司缺乏經營鑽油機專業。該公司是以2億美元（約6億令吉）收購鑽油平台，主要是內部資金及貸款融資。
負債率仍比同儕低
該行指出，若是沿海工程以30：70的現金與貸款比例融資收購鑽油平台，這將使該公司的負債率增加至0.4倍。這依然比同儕來得低，如貝利賽（PERISAI，0047，主板貿服組）為0.6倍，以及合順油氣則為0.9倍。
沿海工程賺錢能力加強，主要獲得現有岸外船只建造業務支撐。
該行指出，假設該公司以目前現有出租率攫取合約，預料每年營業額將介於1億6千萬令吉，雖然其營運盈利賺幅比鑽油平台擁有者/經營者較低。假設該公司取得保守的15%賺幅，預料鑽油平台領域將為2012年財政年營運盈利，作出約20%份額。
截至2013年4月為止，該公司的岸外船只建造領域的工程合約達到7億2千萬令吉，仍是主要的營收來源，料可支持至2014年。
隨著該公司進軍升降式鑽油平台領域，將獲更高本益比估值，主要是涉足成長更為強勁領域，以及有能力營造重复營收及盈利。

（吉隆坡15日訊）升利吉科技（SANICHI,0133,創業板工業產品組）計劃向特定人士私下配售不超過繳足資本10%的股權，料可籌措399萬9千令吉來進行泰國業務擴充計劃。
該公司發文告表示，建議向董事、大股東、相關人士等私下配售最高達3千999萬2千股，每股面值10仙新股，相等於不超過繳足資本10%股權，但為免市場疑慮，每批配售股權發售價將分別根據市場原理擬定。
不過，發售價不會比5日成交量加權平均市價折價超過10%，也不會低於每股面值10仙，假設截至2013年6月13日止5日成交量加權平均市價為7.71仙，屆時參考發售價將為10仙。
以10仙參考發售價為準，升利吉最高可籌措399萬9千令吉，其中386萬1千令吉將用於泰國業務擴充，其餘13萬8千為企業活動開銷。
完成上述計劃後，升利吉繳足資本將從3千零17萬1千令吉擴大至4千399萬2千令吉，料不會對集團截至2013年6月30日止財政年盈利帶來立即影響，因相關資金將在新股上市後的1年內逐步運用，但預期對未來盈利作出正面貢獻。（星洲日報）

售甲填海土地议案　宏洋股东不满声中通过

（吉隆坡11日讯）宏洋控股（BENALEC，5190，主板建筑股）周二成功通过脱售马六甲的填海土地的议案，惟现场许多小股东对此项交易深感不满。

宏洋控股早前建议把位於马六甲16块面积79.49英亩的租赁土地，以9695万令吉现金卖给Oceancove发展私人有限公司、策略產业私人有限公司和Ocenafront发展私人有限公司，並在周二举行的股东特別大会上寻求股东通过上述议案。

现场数名小股东在接受《东方財经》访问时，皆表示对上述交易感到不满，特別是3名买家皆与管理层有利害关係。

根据该集团的通函显示，宏洋控股执行董事拿督廖大春在Oceancove发展、策略產业、以及Ocenafront发展皆持有股权。

小股东们普遍认为，管理层理应通过公开竞標的方式寻找买家，而不是將该填海土地脱售予利害关係方。同时，亦有小股东向记者反映，声称上述土地的价格被低估。

然而，作为独立顾问的肯纳格投行在早前公佈的报告中表示，上述的交易既公平又合理，为股东带来最大的利益，因此建议股东们通过此项交易。

　（吉隆坡10日訊）PERISAI石油科技（PERISAI，0047，主要板工業）或將參與越南岸外（offshore）競標活動，利好消息帶動，該股早盤起6仙或3.82%，至1.63令吉。

　PERISAI石油科技今早以1.60令吉開市，微揚3仙，休市時掛1.62令吉，揚5仙，交投332萬4100股。

　午盤間，該股維持窄幅波動格局；閉市報1.64令吉，起7仙，全日交投716萬3900股，游走于1.59令吉至1.64令吉之間。

　興業證券研究在分析報告中指出，上述越南岸外競標項目是由馬石油（Petronas）所發出，其中包括岸外生產單位（MOPU），及浮式儲油船（FSO）浮式儲油船（FSO）。

　根據合約，該競標項目將于越南北部海岸的第102區及106區域，建立淺海油田（shallow-water fields）。

　“若該項目將對PERISAI石油科技帶來多項好處，不排除該公司將成為潛在競標人之一，加上公司擁有良好的岸外生產單位經驗，這也有助提高以上競標活動的成功率。”

　看好公司未來前景，興業證券研究給予該股維持“買入”評級，目標價為1.81令吉。

　（吉隆坡10日訊）宏洋控股（BENALEC，5190，主要板建築）擴展旗下公司規模至馬六甲地區和柔洲依斯干達，券商看好將在兩州屬獲得蓬勃發展，預計訂單將提高至15億令吉，未來10年至15年淨利則將增長至12億令吉。

　該股今日以1.53令吉開市，微揚2仙，休市時暫掛1.54令吉，揚3仙，交投864萬5600股；今日閉市，宏洋控股揚2仙至1.53令吉，成交量2033萬8600股。

　艾芬投銀在分析報告中指出，宏洋控股是國內唯一一個擁有換地（land-swap）業務的填海工程承包商，由于換地獲利空間大，該公司賺幅比業內平均來得高。

　“宏洋控股于柔州丹絨比艾（Tanjung Piai）及邊佳蘭（Pengerang），分別擁有面積3485英畝和1760畝的土地，加上馬六甲未開發的500畝土地，預計該地將高達2億9000萬令吉。”

　該行預計，柔州丹絨比艾項目亦將為宏洋控股，帶來更強勁流動現金表現。

　“儘管宏洋控股擁有強勁的資產負債表表現，但我們不排除該公司將面對多項挑戰，其中包括原材料價格飆升、全球經濟放緩、石油需求影響土地的需求及柔洲工程延遲等。”

　綜合多項看法，艾芬投銀給予該股維持“買入”評級，目標價為1.98令吉。
