（吉隆坡18日讯）营收表现改善及营运开销降低，首要媒体（MEDIA，4502，主板电信与媒体股）2020财年第三季按年转盈，净赚1243万令吉，上财年同季则亏2416万1000令吉。

该公司今日向马交所报备，第三季营运开销报2亿2490万令吉，低于上财年同季的2亿3990万令吉。

当季营业额达2亿6876万5000令吉，按年微起1.2%，主要是管控政策放宽后，我国商业活动逐步复苏。

在首9月，公司净亏损从7339万5000令吉，收窄至3721万5000令吉；营业额年跌7.2%，至7亿4347万9000令吉。

（吉隆坡17日讯）受棕油价量提高和赚幅改善驱动，FGV控股（FGV,5222,主板种植组）截至2020年9月30日第三季成功转亏为盈，从净亏2亿6241万令吉，转而净赚1亿3689万3000令吉。

首9个月也转亏为盈至净赚1509万3000令吉，前期净亏3亿1798万令吉。

该集团营业额增12.4%至39亿8945万9000令吉，首9个月则跌0.37%至100亿6690万6000令吉。

该集团发表文告指出，第三季平均原棕油价每公吨2645令吉，相比一年强的1983令吉，使第三季营收升12.4%。

集团首席执行员拿督哈里斯法兹拉表示：“非常欣慰的发布连续二季的正面业绩，FGV控股的产量跟上全国步伐，鲜果串生产跑赢全国同业，主要是有更高的成熟种植区和改善作物复苏。”该集团前季净赚2054万9000令吉。

他披露，在上游业务，鲜果串产量增长9%至135万公吨，前期124万公吨，主要归功于作物复苏与更广袤的成熟油棕园。

第三季鲜果串增加
第三季鲜果串增加而增加油棕加工，原棕油产量从83万增至86万公吨，然而东海岸、半岛南部与沙巴气候欠佳，导致原棕油萃取率稍微下跌。

同期，基于鲜果串的加工量增加，炼油厂使用率从79%增加至第三季的83%。

下游业务税前盈利从340万减至230万令吉，主要是疫情期间生物柴油需求低。

他指出，第三季白糖业务则收窄亏损，从前期的税前亏损2亿2000万令吉，减至5600万令吉。出口更高溢价产品，且成本改善、赚幅提高是主因。

赚幅改善也受火灾洗礼的注销厂房与朱宾土地取消售出的会计待遇所抵消。

物流业务税前盈利跌12%至1800万令吉，相比前期2100万令吉。

展望未来，该集团将强化高价值活动，专注于综合农场与快速移动消费品，以加速获得预期回报。

该集团的在森州宁宜的牛乳业务，显现正面增长潜能，预期2021财政年上半年每日产量3万公升。该农场也进行提升工程，以便今年12月引进从澳洲运来的132头乳牛。

另外，该集团6月间也获农业部颁发批发香米执照，该集团也在雪州靠近适耕庄的双溪乐满、下霹雳28公顷种植香米，预期2021年1月可收获，可开展500公顷合约式农耕计划。

为加强动物饲料，预期ALMA品牌饲料产品，将在12月推展。截至9月，现有饲料销售增长90%至2万7448公吨。

他预期第四季的鲜果串与原棕油产量，将受波动不定的气候，乃至沙巴行管所冲击，预料原棕油价将强劲至年杪。

凯里：通过全球冠病疫苗机制　大马将可获10%人口疫苗

（吉隆坡16日讯）科学、工艺及革新部长凯里指出，我国在参与了全球冠病疫苗机制（COVAX）后，将可通过该机制获得国内10%人口的新冠肺炎疫苗。

他指出，政府的目标是要达到70%的国人能够接种疫苗，因此，我国正通过其他管道获取另外60%人口的疫苗。

他说，政府希望能在明年首两个季度，能获得疫苗的供应，惟这必须获得国家药品监管局（NPRA）的批准。



他强调，国家药品监管局将通过临床实验的数据，严格鉴定疫苗的安全后，才会作出是否预购的决定。

凯里今日在国会下议院问答环节，如是回应行动党亚庇国会议员陈泓缣的提问。

他说，截至11月13日，世界卫生组织已宣布目前已有11个疫苗制造商进入第3期的临床实验工作。而截至目前，政府已和其中10个制造商进行洽谈。
