I started buying HRC early march then end of march i joining this forum. The stock price up and down; even twice drop more than RM1.. we have come across many ppl... some disappear after price drop drastically... for me i continue buying buying and buying. I am confident and Probablity analysis make me even more confident..

Probability, yes.. i have been thinking why HRC increased their inventory in 1Q report... and Crude oil not too cheap at that moment..

Road block used to be 5000 lots or at least 3000 lots, but nowadays only about 500 lots. Stock liquidity seem to be thinner and thinner. Highly potential, kept by many optimistic investors.

1. Based on historical pricing chart, stock loss between 1 April and 30 June 2017 will be around USD4.5. Not as stated by FutureEyes of USD8.... After all Q2 stock loss will be Q3 stock gain..

2. Based on Q1 financial result, profit margin is more than USD8 per barrel as estimated by FutureEyes.. In fact should be more than USD9... Q1 2017 gross profit is RM395.6mil compare with FutureEyes gross profit RM346mil.. differ by 50mil..

The conclusion is FutureEyes net profit estimate is way too low.. Mr David Lim's estimate will be much more realistic.. (EPS more than 60 Cents for Q2)

Conclusion, David Lim's net profit estimate will be much more accurate than yours.

Your estimate gross profit RM346 mil compare with actual 1stQ2017 gross profit RM395.6 million... Your estimate of gross profit is out by about 50 million with assumption margin remain unchanged.

1. The Brent oil (Crude oil) pricing is misleading..

Around 1 April Brent oil price is around USD51 and End of June Brent oil price is around USD46.5.

As for Crude oil price, Beginning April is around USD48.5 and End of June is around USD44.

The price differ between 1 April to 30 June 2017 is around USD4.5 ... Not as stated USD8.

2. Base on last Q result, profit margin for each barrel is higher than USD8.. more than USD9.

As such Net profit estimate of 19 Cents is way too low. After all this Q stock loss will be next Q stock gain.... Comparing 1 Jan 2017 and 31 Dec 2017 stock gain/loss will be more meaningful..

I still confident with HRC. Add Abit b4 lunch..

As at noon 9 Aug 2017. HRC market cap 2.466 billion > Petronm market cap 2.411 billion. Itulah betul...

80 cents more to be equal with Petronm..

aseng, let see next two Q, the financial result will prove the TP is justifiable. 25 Aug will be 2nd Q result.. just few more days. I think HRC potentially can be for medium term..

Seem market very sure before HRC 4th Q financial report announce the share price will be RM10.4 above... 4Q ann date normally 25 Feb.. RHB intentionally put few days before .. I think.

Your calculation is incorrect.. CA at 0.55 mean you are paying HRC per shares RM10.4. If Feb 2017 maturity date the share price not achieve RM10.4.. you are -ve.

Wah!.. So good ah! In this case I also want to subscribe.. For my initial many-many years my stock investment average return less than 10% annually. Some years making losses.... Should have introduce to my got such good services much-much earlier...

Where is the HRC technical correction point? I think around the point when HRC match Petronm.. what do you think?
