Gpacket acquired 32% of G3 long long time ago at about 30mil only. Now based on G3 closing 2.96, the stake worth 596mil.

Do made sense to buy gpacket at cheaper price than buy g3 which is 95.76% hold by top 30 holders.

Now i see the points and why G3 stock rallied non-stop.

Dont forget that Sense Time announced collaboration with G3 to invest RM1 billion into the Ai park. So logical for Sense Time to acquire stakes in G3....))

Not promoters or operators either. Just that G3 is corned stock with 95.36% being hold by top 30 holders with Green Packet holding 32% and the Chairman company Global Man Capital S/b holding 32.04%.

So it is easy to be push to whatever level they want.)

Just to let some of you know about the company history.

Accounts for their latest 2018 is normal and clean.......except a big big liabilities loan of 261mil.

Even G3 Chairman is political secretary to Chief Minister of Sarawak until July 2018, and Sarawak now in the runup to turned the state into Digital state by 2022.

With Sense Time in collaboration with them in Malaysia to develop an AI park/hub, i think is good future. Sense Time just open their regional Ai Hub in Abu Dhabi with collaboration with the Saudi counterparts. Sense Time is the most valuable start-up AI company in the world.

Dont be surprise, if Sense Time taking up a controlling stakes in G3.

Anything is possible.

Warrant can only moves up after the mother is above 60sen, further their G3 stakes is estimated worth around 0.39sen per share based on last Friday closing. Together with their own NTA 0.17sen, the new NTA for Gpacket should be 0.56sen.

If they dispose G3, we hope there is special dividend to rewards the shareholders too..)

Apart from their profitable investment in G3 and KiplePay MOU with Bank Islam........what other news that propel the stock price?............extraordinary gains from court case against MyTV?

With G3/Sense Time, i guess there are more things to come and this will benefits Gpacket in one way or another.

If possible, Gpacket divest some stakes in G3 and rewards it shareholders for staying with the company for many many years.

Afterall it depends on which funds you're invested. I regret i didn't kept my unit trust investment from Prudential at 0.515sen more than 10 years ago........now the funds already at 4.xx which is 8 times worth it was 10 years ago. Imagine 5k become 40k.

So go for the right funds and not any funds that don't show good returns.

With G3 involved with Sense Time in developing Malaysia 1st Ai Park, and with 32% holding in G3.....the portion is already worth hundred over millions. If not mistaken the gains if they hive off the 32% will improve Gpacket share by 30sen per share. Any special dividend from disposal of this 32% will be a windfall to shareholders if really come true. If no, the backing per share will be about 0.47sen.

Pending litigation in my TV? Compensation? 100 mil plus?

Whoever really buying into DGSB is not the issue, the issue is they must see value in the company or they might add value to DGSB and in the end the result speaks itself.

So i don't care who buys DGSB.....................what i know are those who follows Sarainvestment are not following blindly as mentioned by some TRAPS666 families.

The announcement is under Guidance Note 12, so it it big announcement that require details breakdown of acquisitions, inter related party transaction, disposal, joint venture and other financial reporting........if not mistaken.

So it need investors time to digest the announcement ......that's why suspension until tomorrow morning trading.

so far inari didn't holding any DGSB shares and only Insas and Omesti is holding DGSB shares.

Even if Inari buying a stakes in DGSB now, all in all it is inter related.

on biz terms, they're supporting and complementing each others operations.

wait after lunch to digest the whole proposal.............should be significant and change the group direction and future...))

My kawan bought this counter since March 2016 until entitled bonus issue still not let go....

Download doesn't mean anything, it doesn't contribute any revenue to the company unless those consumers starts using them.........many download for curiosity and could uninstalled it later.

Bottom line is more important than download counts.

Dont be surprise if the coming result is RED, therefore those selling continue from 0.025sen to 0.015sen.
