The reason for them to do this is simple, less stocks to invests then they have all the reasons to lend to Govt and IMDB liked projects and gone all our monies.

SPSONG, there are 2 projects awarded to VIVO in Perak...............1st one is Ule Cepor/Kuala Kuang/Chemor there, another is Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah Utara there near the airport........total both contracts is about 250mil combined if not mistaken.

The 700 mil contract to be announce next week might be from M101 Skywheel 500 mil, and Regal Singapore -200mil.

The others contracts pending finalisation is Penang Tunnel - 350 mil, V Plaza Balakong-23mil, Tropics (Regal Sarwak) - 250mil.

These are all those that in finalisation stage of negotiation.

I don't know how some ppl get their facts, VIVICOM is not China listed company that listed in Malaysia..................they are Project delivery partners for CRCC............any contracts from CRCC is awarded or spread out to some project delivery partners to complete for them....................so VIVO is paid for a sum for this projects...........others projects are awarded by private initiative or private companies directly to VIVO............some are tied-up with Malaysia state government for some housing projects..........

So please do not compare with those eg XinQuan/MSport/Xinghe/CAP etc.

Greatful, the cost of sales could be cost incurred in advance for some progress billing stage that will only recognise next quarter. Hence next quarter cost of sales could be lower with the revenue increasing thus profit will be greater than the 1st.

Meaning cost taken up in first qr rather than on accrual concepts. There is no wrong the way they capture that cost.

So I can assume that next qr will give a better profit than the 1st.

This is for 2016, 2017 could be lower PE and hence the price is higher.

Gamuda is trading at PE 17.9, Suncon is 16.6.....Vivo forecast for this year 2016 is 12 times.................so which one you think will fly?
