why you guys complicate the ESOS so much? The 3 years of ESOS is pretty standard to retain employee with the company, if they serve 1 year they can sell of 1 year worth of shares, 2 years then 2 years worth of shares, and when they hit 3 years they will have the full rights to all the shares and sell them if they want to.

At such price, it is indeed a good investment opportunity, well only for those are willing to hold long term at least 2 - 3 years
