Reason for buy: turnaround/ recovery with expansion!

The company had cut the losses incurred by Tom Ho Wan and increased the investment in 4 strategic divisions for 2019. The current quarter result shown that the losses had narrowed down.

Due to losses incurred in last 3 years, currently It's share price had plummeted to 0.40 from high of 1.60 which is left with 25% only.

The sales turnover per year is about 1.2billion with 4 divisions contributed almost evenly and with a paid up of 120 millions. Implying that, with small capital doing big business.

Furthermore, the assets were not revalue for many many years! So, if any of next coming quarters that it is able to show some profits, you may miss the golden opportunity for not accumulate now!!

if you have invested in this counter and currently still enjoying some profit, then it is best strategy to hold it for few more quarters to ride the growth.

The lowest price transacted this year was 0.55 which implies that it's price had so far gone up 100% only!

Another strong point,it is the likely candidate to be selected as the participant of renewable energy project to announce in Dec 19.

At current ting-tong of price movements giving a golden opportunity to accumulate, any good catalyst will propel the price beyond this level! Never stuck in any counter if you have no confidence or lost hope as there are plenty of good counters are available.

This company has qualified for the main board listing of which accumulated 3 years' profits had achieved 20 millions, share spread of 25% held by 1000 shareholders, but the management was not keen to transfer it due to high listing cost as mentioned in the previous AGM. Will the management change their minds?

This is a fundamentally well-managed company, but just check whether the sector it's involved has recovered, but to be dirt sure of value buy by just divide the highest price done of 6 by 4= RM1.50, if another student selldown by substantial shareholders that likely it will trigger the said target.

Full momentum for this counter will soon reflect in it's price as accumulation has started by shaking the weaker holders at 0.56 level til 1.10, any good news will propel the price further. The longer term uptrend has already formed,and since OGSE still great potential, I strongly believe it has more legs to perform better.

The prices done were holding firmly at 0.485-0.50 yesterday til about 4pm, out of sudden triggered selldown with lowest at 0.365 and about 80% of volume of the day. Under this circumstance, usually the price will support at current level!

他指出，政府也推出B40体检计划（PEKA B40），为50至60岁人士提供非传染疾病如精神健康和癌症的筛检和及早干预性治疗，已有10万人在此计划下受惠，政府将扩大让40岁及以上人士也受惠。

If we have selected the wrong stocks due to whatever reasons, never blamed the counters, markets or anybody whether he is analyst, blogger, or the management of the company as to last long and survived to make money, we must have the right mindset!

BAT is a good stock, but the millions dollar question is the right entry price, currently seem like the selling has not stop yet!

Many counters in property, plantation and construction are being hammered down to recent lows. it's seem like these sectors are still consolidating downward, but for sudden sell down of good counters may trigger buying interests..

Just curious to read your last statement! in share investment, beside the demand and supply or technical analysis, another outmost important factor is the expecting of good future earnings (with manageable debts and cash flow).

Just keep it for at least 3 more quarters, to witness the growth.

Amongst the 3 island, Singapore outshines all!

The momentum of this counter has already in full power, so it's better to monitor it for few quarters!

under this downtrending extremely bad market, good go wait for a correction of about 20% of any stocks once being proposed!

it is good for someone to highlight any stocks with reasons in this forum, then we just study it to decide for our own. Good stocks like Pchem, Lctitan, BAT, Genm, Gkent, Maybulk are some of the counters which had corrected or going to correct further? It is good to keep in mind of these stocks.

In the stock market you don't need to be 100% right in stock selection! So, not to worry ^o^^o^

I bought at 4 levels of prices, 0.90 , 0.80 , 0.70 , and last was 0.60 , so my cost is 0.80 . I only missed the 0.50 level!

Many have been shaken out when the price dropped to 0.58!

I shall keep it for 3 or more quarters to witness the growth of this counter as to confirm my right choice!

Uzma for this year alone, it had been hammered down twice to about RM0.55, if you bought at above RM0.95, may I know when are you selling it?

Historical this counter has not many followers and it's a bit quiet, as the debt problem with RHB and Amanah Raya had already settled,currently with almost zero debt, I am sure it's value will soon reflect in the share price.

该集团昨天向交易所报备，子公司Oriental Pearl城市产业、Lakehill度假村发展和Taman Bandar Baru Masai，将柔佛新山面积131.95英亩的闲置地皮，脱售给Amanahraya。



该地皮是在2008年以2123万令吉代价买进，截至去年6月杪，净账面价值达7427万令吉。

文告解释，该合约能解决双方的纠纷，并让该集团专注业务。

子公司在2008年8月与Amanahraya签署联营合约，发展位于新山的LakeHill度假城市项目；随后同意用9900万令吉购买Amanahraya在项目中的股权，并给予后者2012年3月到期的脱售期权。

当Amanahraya在2012年行使期权时，该集团没有如期支付款项，因此前者在9月杪发出追讨信，要求该集团连本带利偿还1亿1317万308令吉欠款，接踵而来的是一连串法律纠纷。
