what about puncak CG ? will the exercise price reduce from $2.70 to $1.70 upon puncak dividen ex-date 4-Dec ?

1) Warrant Holders are entitled, upon and subject to the Conditions, at any time and from time to time commencing from the 23rd day of July,
2013 and expiring on the 20th day of July, 2018 (the “Expiry Date”) to subscribe for new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each (the "New
Ordinary Shares") in the Company at the Exercise Price of RM1.00 only for each New Ordinary Share (or such adjusted Exercise Price as
may for the time being be applicable in accordance with the Conditions)

2.1.3 Ranking of new puncak arise from exercise of warrant
new puncak share alloted, rank pari passu in all respect of existing puncak share , save and except that not entitle to any dividen, rights, allotment and or other distribution, the entitlement date of which is prior to the prior to the date of allotment of this newly puncak arise from warrant exercising.

Questions:
for 1. The phrase "(or such adjusted Exercise Price as
may for the time being be applicable in accordance with the Conditions)" may
meant that for special dividen etc, the exercise price may be adjusted accordingly ?

for 2.1.3 Seems saying that have to fully converted and already ALLOTED
with to new PNSB shares b4 the special dividen Ex-date then,
only eligible for the dividen ?

for 2.1.4 Again, mention "exercise price subject to adjustments in accordance with the Deed Poll" , so it meant the exercise may adjusted downward ? any idea what written in puncak-warrant deed poll ?

hn33 or anybody, I have call the Puncak Niaga registrar (tricor services) today, about puncak-wb not converting to mother shares even after ex-date and
the person (ros) said that the conversion priced still $1 (no change !) and was not reduced ? I did mention about Kulim warrant case and she said different company, different rules. So, pls advise !

Again, for WB holders that do not want to convert to mother shares till even after special dividen ex-date, are there any risk ?

Tomorrow 7th Dec, when will the result be known ? As EGM start about 10am, then is it around 12-1pm ?

Hng33, If 7Dec special dividen confirmed, then :
a. How soon will it be announced and to entitle ? 2 weeks, 3 weeks etc ?
b. On next day 8Dec onwards, possibility of Puncak share price goes-up, stayed around as per closing price Dec7 or go down - on profit taking AND resume uptrend towards entitlement date ?

Longterminvest & money888,if the WB holder will to register and pay to the registrar for conversion on last day b4 entitlement date, do he still eligible for the special dividen ?

Hng33, if do not convert WB to mother share, when announce special divden, if puncak goes-up to say 3.50 then will the WB also goes-up to about say 2.40 ? OR is there possibility NOT GOINGUP - stay at 1.55 ?

Do the prices of both mother and WB will up in tandem to say 3.30+ during near EGM or when ? So as to liquidate the WB (As may not have enough funds to convert in time).

hng33, If puncak drop to let say 2.50, then announce give divden $1, then normally or what you think puncak can recover to ? can it goes up 70cents - 90cents to range 3.20 - 3.40 ?

Hng33, any risk if buy puncak-wb rather than puncak. Or on announce special dividends, is it still eligible or in time to convert to mother share?
