Both Property Development and Property Investment did very well

As well as the earnings in US investment never bring back to Malaysia, the cash in hand of Hexza will never increase and there was no special dividend given to the shareholders. Only Reserve and Equity in Balance Sheet increased.

Hexza plans to sell another 20,000 unit of Nvidia, with current price of USD 500/unit, they will cash out another USD10mil. Not sure they still hold how many unit of NVidia after the disposal. Symbolic price at USD57/unit with average cost USD38/unit, margin USD5.7mil. Hexza management not smart in their core business but really excellent in US stock market investment.

@tony223, don't just look at final QR, study the income statement detail. QR loss 125mil, mainly due to 132.5mil impairment loss of contract assets and acct receivable. Without the impairment loss, actually Reneuco has profit of 7.5mil, which is the highest since Mar 2021. Hopefully the profit can sustain in the quarters coming.

Privatization will not happen at current state or even in the future. If the management really want to do it, they would rather do it when the share price at 50sen 3 years ago or 70sen 2 years ago, not at current price of RM1.20

@GhostVision, quoted investment of RM231mil was included the additional purchase of RM26mil in the financial year. So the actual gain was RM83mil. However, I was disappointed the management just declare 5sen dividend instead of expected 7.5sen

I think this year's dividend will back to 7.5sen

eventhough Hexza's core business not perform well but as well as not lossing money is consider OK. Investment is US stock market did a good job.

as at 31 Mar, the other investment stood at RM170.248mil, equivalent to 85sen/share. As the US tech stock share price keep going up, especially Nvidia share price already up 53% and Facebook up 35%, easily other investment will hit RM200mil.
