The company's property business is getting matured as they are new as a property developer in the market. No doubt SASaR is a government project, looks like the management have strong connection with government department and with success of SASaR project, the company will continue to secure more government's housing projects in the future.

Different peoples different investment strategies, someone run 1st and buy back at lower price, and someone was considering the fundamental of Fajar and kept holding and to average down the holding price until it was rebounded. No one is wrong, so no need to argue in the forum. If someone was interfered by kenwibur by selling off Fajar, this is their decision

One word to explain Fajar, Property development strongly support group's earning, Log timber contributes a bit and Construction continues loss money. Since property development making money, they should more aggressive on lands acquisition and launches new property projects rather spending time and fund on getting more construction projects

Construction sector most of the time loss money. The more contract secured, the more money loss. Only property development contribute most of the group earnings. Log timber contributed minor of group earnings.

What I concerned is capital gain rather than dividend. I don't care how much the dividend payout, as well as company can generate more solid profit and cash every quarter and the net cash rapidly increase. Strong healthy balance sheet will reflect in share price

@raymondroy, if you wanna know whether the management is cooking the book, just calculate the trade receivable and revenue of company. As at 20Q4, AR=89.489mil. As at 21Q4, Rev=457.566mil and AR=187.976mil, money collected in 2021=89.489+457.566mil-187.976mil=359.079mil. As at 22Q4, Rev=574.999mil and AR=144.078mil, money collected in 2022=187.976mil+574.999mil-144.078mil=618.897mil. As at 23Q4, Rev=1,140.637mil and AR=263.686mil, money collected in 2023=144.078mil+1,140.637mil-263.686mil=1,021.029mil. As at 24Q1, Rev=328.259mil and AR=465.151mil, the money collected in 24Q1=263.686mil+328.259mil-465.151mil=126.794mil. So from 2021-2024Q1, total revenue=2,501.461mil and total money collected from customers=2,125.799mil about 85% of total sales has received from customer during this period. Do you think the management is cooking the book ?

I have been followed Fajar for many years before starting the 1st property project in Sentul and in Australia and involved in log timber business. If you study Fajar last few years QR, you will notice that without earnings contribution from Rica Residence in Sentul, Gardenhill and Paragon in Melbourne, log timber and now Vierra Residence in Kinrara, Fajar QR is disappointed. Vierra Residence still can contribute to Fajar QR for a couple of years but it will be ended one day. Property Development can make money but not construction

Fajar construction business keep losing money, log timber doesn't contribute much, luckily new property development contribute earnings for the company. Once the property development completed, no billings come in, Fajar's earnings will turn -ve because the more construction project they secured, the more they losing money

@GreatDreamer, KSL will not going to sell the land to DC company just for one-off income. Instead I think KSL will team up a JV with DC specialists like what Mahsing is doing now. Just collect the leasing fee monthly without involve in the DC operation. This will provide KSL recurring income like what they did in investment properties

Mahsing management team really professional, efficient and trusted. DC building will be completed in 18 months and start operation in 2nd half of 2026. Mahsing 20% stake in the JV could yield a profit share of RM23.6mil, this recurring income corresponding to about 11% of the financial year 2023 core earnings.
