What's the incentive for Andy the CEO or the Ang brothers to give bonus shares when they are not the major shareholders??? No!!! Otherwise they will have major issue when KYY starts selling the shares. They won't listen to KYY's proposal to dilute their ownership of the company! They will continue issue LTIP shares at 1.40 or lower to themselves until they gain more share holdings....

KYY's only choice now is to buy over Jaks if he wants to play the game in his ways.... Privatise price 1.40 per share??? Lolzzz

Jaks had received so far 401mil from Vietnam govt for the power plant project and the profit is 91mil... that's about 22% of profit....

They have another 1.5bil to receive from Vietnam govt in 2018/2019... 22% of profit is 330mil profit this year and next year.... If minus the 50mil payment to Star.... there's still 280mil profit from Vietnam power plant for the next 2 years.... +++ confirm profit of 25 years???

Anyone can calculate the PE for next 2 years? Can calculate the gearing will lower to 0.22 ???

KYY and the Jaks team met with their Chinese partners in Nov last year... speculation is the Chinese will buy 10% to 15% of Jaks shares...

I don't know why people will question KYY's holding in Jaks is on margin.... he already sold all HengYuan shares and said he had to sell and hold the cash est 120mil in hand now....

It's a clear message to Jaks' management team and the CEO.... if they don't accept his proposal, he has the cash to buy another 20% to become controlling shareholder and do what he wants....

Jaks still have 1.5bil revenue to collect from Vietnam government for completing the power plant... good news is they already collected 400mil from Vietnam to show the project is real...

My gut feeling is beside the claim from Star, Jaks still need to lose 50mil to 100mil till they complete the Pacific Star project.... really jia lat.... KYY was banking on the record profit + steady income from Vietnam this year and next year for building the powet plant.... 50mil claim from Star can be valid if court favor Star's explanation... however I believe the court will give Jaks a chance to rectify the valid claims from Star... maybe another 3 to 6 months? Then court can decide if those rectifying jobs are complete as per agreement before decide Star can rightfully claim the 50mil from Jaks.... which means Jaks will need to spend more money to rush this job in the next 3 to 6 months.... big expenses lo
