When we hold against something, we cannot see clearly what happens and what to do next.

Better be humble, promote less and don't set too high expectation.

Up steady and consolidate a bit is good, learn from Hengyuan and hope no "superstar" come and promote kaw kaw.

We want a steady company, not roller coaster.

It's 650 retail fuel stations (mix of kiosk and without, and includes franchise stations).

The company own is above 50%, but don't remember the exact number. It can be asked and share by Chairman during AGM.

Have there ever been cases where people uses the knowledge of TA to create impressions that benefit their following course of action?

Like breaking the SMA 200 and then when everyone sell, push it back up.

No fixed date for dividend yet. Maybe after AGM announced and await approval from shareholders.

Usually will be awarded dividend but don't know when yet.

Holding quite some paper losses on Hengyuan. Was quite eager to realise these losses due to emotion and negative sentiment on Bursa market in general (many stocks fall too in this period).

Seeing how Petronm is making and similarly Hengyuan though more volatile, the next QR will decide if one should hold or sell, or add.

Have to believe in your own decision, not stubborn yet not relying solely on others for decision. I will have to take responsibilty of my own decision.

I writing to remind myself of my own decision.
Hope others will be reminded that they made their own decisions and not sway by current sentiment.

Agree with Chong that Annjoo do not export to US. Hence the mention by management there is no direct impact arising from the policy.

However, how will the general market be affected by exporters who send to US? Will it affect the Average Selling Price due to competition from exporter if any exist in Malaysia?

Taken a notice on behavior of Hengyuan-CO (Issued by CIMB)

Price of CO = 0.13
When the mother price was 13.00 before it climb to 15.00

Price of CO = 0.22
When mother first climb to 15.00

Price of CO = 0.195
Now that mother slip back to 13.00 after quarter report Q4 2017.

What does this mean? It could have drop severely to 0.15 range based on previous price.
Is this because of:
- More gamblers
- Express of confidence by a group of people?

Our 2 cents, maybe it's a message by management that dividend payment to be expected soon..after business is stable with debt largely paid down.

The drop today is like those loss making company post-result.
They forgot that in this market, other than punters there are manipulation by some capable groups.

Why sell your company cheap if you know how they will do in next few months?

Many regret not selling by yesterday, many more will regret they sell today.

A number of new faces came out to give comment on the disappointment.
They forget they are buying into business and not TOTO or MAGNUM, and never CASINO.


Profit is build over time with operation improvements, sales are gained with new demand and contacts.

Many here are educated people wanting to invest more into companies that have proven business model. Perhaps quite a many wanting to buy cheap again...

So, you know what to do ; )

Yes, MASTEEL released result also.

Both doubled in EPS for same quarter of the preceding year.

MASTEEL: 2017 versus 2016 of same quarter

Sales Revenue: RM422,325k > RM344,947k
Up 22.4%

Operating Profit: RM16,702k > RM6,223k
Up 168.4%

Net Profit: RM12,115k > RM4,031k
Up 200.5%

EPS: 4.02 > 1.67
Up 140.7%

Choobee just released very awesome result..

Well at least Hng33 tells us he's leaving and where he's going.

AGM usually Mid June, dividend after agm with approval. AGM gift (suction mug with lid) was provided last year held at Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur.

Please attend agm to meet with the staff and management to know how your business is managed. You'll be please and feel at ease.

They have already planned for the shut down by preparing stored fuel for supply in those non production days.

Basic business mah, you want to take care of your customers when you plan for upgrade or maintenance.

Obviously some do not have the experience in the industry and still want to say without clarifying first.

Summary, Hengyuan will make money during shut down time. It's call "planned shut down" for a reason.

Let's wait for the "planned qr release", we should see another good result.

How does this bonus issue different from Share Split?
Since the total capital does NOT change before and after event?
Does it affect the treasury share reserves for Bonus and not for Split?

I believe Petronm will perform in tantrum with Hengyuan with different scale of profit. Petronm has retail and seemingly better and continuous improvement in retail marketing that extend beyond Petronas, Shell, Caltex or BHP.

I also like their customer service, they even give you a bottle of water when you pump their Petron RON 100 fuel as appreciation. The premium fuel price is also fixed at RM3.00 per liter for the time being.Quality fuel that is good for distance driving. The RON 95 and 97 is also seemingly better quality and smoothness than other brand of fuels.

Please forgive and correct me if I am wrong :)

CL Premium is 41.1% @ 0.13, based on current mother 12.72. This is equivalent to mother being 17.95 as the future prospect. Expires 21 Sep 2018.

CM Premium is 28.1% @ 0.15, based on current mother 12.72. This is equivalent to mother being 16.30 as the future prospect. Expires 31 Oct 2018.


The lowest premium is CA with Premium 1.7% @ 0.37, but expires on 22 Feb 2018.

*Note: My calculation has not taken in time factor for the depreciating value of warrants.*

So, would it be best to buy mother and leave out the warrant for now until the premium stabilize to lower range for lower risk?

Noticed that the call warrants have run up faster and over the current price 14.30

Hope my calculations are correct.
Some like CN and CO are over 50% premium.
Very slight negative premium for CA, CB, CC, CD, CE and CG.

Q. Is it better now to attack mother shares than warrants with limited bullet?

Just sharing my interpretation here.

Hengyuan-CA bought @ 1.55
This translate to the share price to hit 18.400 to break even, where the bank will pay you back your 1.55 worth (minus some fees).

Do you think Hengyuan can hit 18.400 on 22nd Feb 2018? Result would likely to release around that time.

Importantly, whether result is good or bad then, the share price up till then would reflect the result already, more or less.

My depreciating 2 cents that can't even buy a candy now :)

Would you go for highly favoured warrant like CH or less traded CD, for example.

If HY gives dividend, say @ 2%, it would be 0.40 or 40 cents when price at 20.00.

It will be good if the dividend is on quarter basis.

Yes, last 20 minutes or so, the buy queue for 16.30 was a lot higher, and was absorbing the last minute sellers at that price.

Based on my app, there was 99,300 lots on buy queue @ 16.30 at day end.
