Look at L&G, got >500M in cash; yet still got right issue to further dilute minority holder

First, it isnt those penny stock beeing goreng up by few hundred percent in short period of time. But the selling pressure is like pump and dump.... just the pump part no where near as powerful as the dump part.

second, the selling pressure is like this company fake its account, all insti investor is rushing out
