this PP is not to any investor, but to Macquarie Bank. A bank wont hold an equity position in a listed company directly.

MacQuarie has done similar arrangement with a few local listed counter. e.g. XoX, Iris etc.

Once MacQuarie got the shares, it will straight dispose it on open market.
