Poh Huat has a strong and healthy balance sheet, cash and bank deposit of about RM 66 million in hand as at end of 1st quarter 2015. This time is different from previous time because a lot of export to America. With strong US dollar, it can perform very well. Like LiiHen when is I bought was only RM2.00, now is RM4.60 after given so much cash for dividend. But I took profit at average of about RM2.67 for LiiHen.

The price will not goes up higher than 1.20 because the dividend is low at 4 sen/share yearly.

The share price normally shoot up when EPS is up. The only guide is from quarterly results.

Based on earning per share (EPS) of expected 14% to 17% annually, the share price will be around 0.13 sen to 0.18 sen if there is no any speculation or goreng. This is true usually for lower and second liner. Unless someone is goreng the counter.

wait until the profit (i.e. EPS is up) and revernue improve, otherwise forget about this counter.

I start to accumulate more POH HUAT share, just to take the calculated risk and gambling risk based on 1st quarter 2015 rsults and comments on prospect of the company and the earning of 7.66sen per share.

I start to accumulate at RM2.08. Poh Huat's 1Q 2015 results: EPS=7.66sen, Total bank borrowing RM51.45 million, Bank deposit+ cash=RM66.29 million. Strong and healthy balance sheet, if 2Q 2015 earning is higher than 8sen per share, it should be good to accumulate barring unforeseen circumstances, especially political or economical reasons.

Poh Huat's bank borrowing Currency denominations in US dolloar is also high at about US$39.9 million. When Ringgit depreciate, they have to pay more. This is the only disadvantage.

I regret that I had sold some at RM4.49 & RM4.59. I am trying to buy back at 4.40.

Annual Report not yet ready. Marco announced on Annual Audited A/C. If MARCO share price cannot go up, it is better for it to come down so that we can buy at cheaper price and keep as investment since MARCO's balance sheet is very strong.
