if the ringgit RM depreciate against US dollar continue, LiiHen's profit will goes much higher because LiiHen's revenue is about RM 155 million in 1st half of 2014 is in US dollar.Every 1% US dollar appreciate against RM , it is RM 1.5 million extra profit for LiiHen based on 1st half revenue. Assume year revenue in US dollar is RM 300 million, every 1% is RM 3 million.

how to go to 4th OCT 2014. When I open up , it is all old comment 2013. why ?

My target price is RM3.80 based on PE ratio, strong balance sheet. I bought at RM2.60.

I hope Calvintaneng can give some comments on Lii Hen (7089). Lii Hen has high earning per share, high NAV, a lot of cash in hand, low bank borrowing and very strong balance for the past 10 years . In addition very high dividend. Calvinateng is very experience player in share market from what I read your comments in other stocks.

Lii Hen is a good share with strong balance sheet, high revenue, high earning per share, a lot of cash in hand and NAV but I don't know why some keep hoping that it share price will drop?

I just bought at 1.52. Trying my luck. I did not make much money during this bull run. Hopefully don't lose.

I also bought some PMCorp at RM0.26 and sold at RM0.285. Those I bought at RM0.285. I will keep and will sell at RM 0.30 if market goes up again.

I had checked the balance sheet of PMCorp, it looks very good with very low bank borrowing and is cash rich + high investment assets. The only weakness is low earning per share and low revenue.

TGL has strong and healthy balance sheet and high earning. The pricec should goes up when its announces Q4 result this end August with 10% dividend expected. The NAV is RM 1.90 as at Q3 2014.

High earning and high dividend. Strong balance sheet. A good buy. Accumulate for long term.

Strong balance sheet. Cash & deposits is about RM100 MILLION reported in MARCH Q1 2014. High earning and high revenue. Current trading is low but Is good to accumulate for medium & long term in view of current heavy trading in Bursa market, it is matter of time this will spillover to Luxchem if heavy trading in Bursa persists, Lii Hen stock is one good example.

Yearly Dividend is 4%. or 2 cent (i.e. RM20.00 per 1000 units share) because the par value of the company is RM0.50.

The share price at RM1.21 is value of money, but please follow up closely on total borrowings of the company.

What goes up must come down. But now it is still early for the stock price to collapse as China is expected to be bullish after sleeping for few years, EU's economy is picking up slowly and Dow Jones still very strong. I expect the market to be bullish for another several months before it will collapse.

Check balance sheet, strong and health. Net asset value is RM0.97 compared to RM0.535 market value on Friday's close. Quite active on 18/4/2014 Friday's trading. Hopefully can pick up.
