selling the OR at a loss does seem normal if the investors do not have sufficient cash to take up the rights...... only a week to sell, after that, no more trading. by then if OR is not exercised, burnt loh......

i believe that you can treat the OR as a warrant. it should pace itself against the mother share and not the other way round.....

upon approval from SC, then sona would be upgraded from spac, thus generating turnover and potential for profits..... without SC approval, the acquisition of the QA cannot take place....

i would invest in something which has better up-side potential..... thus armada over yinson..... unless it was 3 months ago, it would have been yinson, as of now i feel armada would provide better returns
