merging does seem like a logical approach. SG too expensive to continue running a regional office / HQ in the long term. moving operations to MY (Iskandar) is in the pipelines of a lot of SG companies i know...... my two cents, the merge will occur, when the timing is correct.....

as of now, there does not seem to be any reasons for SC rejection..... there are some criterias unmet, but it seems to have been ironed out...... should not be a cause to worry...... but every investment does have its risk, i see a high potential for this counter.....

i also hope will drop back, especially mid-Oct when got more fresh funds, but getting closer and closer to D-day, think will stabilize since the increase is just only half a cent or one cent.....
