too early to define the direction of this counter with the rights issue announcement.... ex-date yet to set, so Q3 positive results might boost investor confidence..... if still negative like in Q2, then dun-know-what-to-say already...... their most recent contract will only impact their books in Q4.....

if it was that straight forward and SC approval is confirmed, think we might not even get in with the price we did...... it is the risk we take vs the future potential if and when the QA is approved.....
for me, if QA rejected, ready to lose 5 - 15% (due to certain percentage of funds which cannot be utilized, cannot remember the figure already), if QA is approved, the gain will be multiple folds..... worth the risk?
