Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 22 May 2020, 28 May 2020, 19 June 2020 and 10 July 2020 whereas Key Alliance Sdn Bhd (“KASB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has been appointed as representative of ITDF Co Ltd (“ITDF”), as a local partner to effect the registration, and carry out marketing and distribution of the Care Gene Covid-19 RT PCR Kit, produced by Wells Bio Inc (“Appointment”).

 

The Board of Directors of KAG are delighted to announce that KASB today has received the results of its Wells Bio Inc Care Gene RT PCR test kit from the Institute of Medical Research (“IMR”). The results showed 100% sensitivity and 100% specificity for the Care Gene RT PCR test kit, and has been earmarked as compliant to IMR's parameters for usage. 

 

The IMR approval coupled with KASB’s initial approvals with the Ministry of Health's Medical Device Authority (“MDA”) means that KASB is allowed to distribute and sell the Care Gene RT PCR Kit to laboratories, hospitals and other end users. 

 

In addition, KASB has received indicative queries from various third-party agencies looking to distribute to medical facilities, GLCs and other government agencies, amounting to 500,000 test kits. The coming quarter report will be good based on the past production activity and the main raw material cost especially cassava in thailand i believe will be in a very low demand as the crude oil is cheap to fight with ethanol. If the petrol is cheaper than ethanol, this will make ethanol slow in productivity and will bring down the cost for cassava.

With lower cost of cassava, 3A can buy cheaper for its production and generate with more profit.

The current new head quarter is nearly in completion stage and the up coming new expansion few factories are on mobilisation stage, we can see a sustainable revenue and profit very quick in years
