Health Ministry says govt not keen to implement MCO for a long period
By JOSEPH KAOS JR NATION Monday, 25 Jan 2021 5:55 PM MYT
https://www.thestar.com.my/news/nation/2021/01/25/health-ministry-says-govt-not-keen-to-implement-mco-for-a-long-period

PUTRAJAYA: The Health Ministry has hinted that the current movement control order (MCO) will end, followed by three months of conditional MCO.
Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the government is not keen to implement the MCO for a long period due to the livelihoods it could affect.
“We do not want to prolong the MCO.
“If we implement the MCO for four weeks until early February, and then followed by a conditional MCO for three months, we hope we can reduce the number of Covid-19 cases to double figures,” said Dr Noor Hisham at a virtual press conference on Monday (Jan 25).
He said the current R0 (infectivity rate, pronounced R-naught) has gone down from 1.2 to 1.06, indicating that Covid-19 cases may be getting less.
“Today the number of cases is 3,048, which is less than yesterday (3,346 cases on Sunday).
“We hope the cases can stabilise at 3,000. Right now, the R0 has gone down from 1.2 to 1.06. But this is not enough.
“Tomorrow, it could be less than 1.06. Better if it is less than 1.
“So we are hoping in the first two weeks of the MCO, the number of cases is stable, and no increases.
“And then, after Jan 27, we expect to see the number of cases go down, ” said Dr Noor Hisham.
He said a prolonged MCO will be detrimental to the economy.
“If we prolong the MCO, our economy could be affected. We need to balance health and economy, as well as life and livelihood,” he added.
The MCO was first imposed from Jan 13 in several states and the Federal Territories for a period of two weeks, and was initially supposed to end on Jan 26. It was then extended to all states and the Federal Territories, except Sarawak, and will last until Feb 4.

Who will sell it at current price of 0.02 ~0.025 ?
You, Jack Mak will sell it?

For me, i will rather not sell it and let it burn if it still stay at current price till maturity date...

0.005 just the minimum reference price, won’t got people so silly go and sell it to you one....

I already queue up million lots to buy at 0.005,
If really got people so silly sell to me,
then I will be thankful to those people coz I can easily sell it off above 0.20 or 0.30 later !

I think today XOX-WC can easily spike up few thousand percent coz it’s starting reference price is 0.005
It probably will closed at least 0.09 +0.085 +1,700%
to 0.15 +0.145 +2,900%

Warrants B which maturity date on 3-3-2023 (3 more years) , it's conversion price is= 0.06

So, Warrants C which maturity date will be longer than Warrants B, it's conversion price will be much more lower than Warrants B, which i estimated is around 0.02 to 0.04

Don’t worry, XOX warrants B price = 0.06,
So that warrants C’s price must be higher than warrants B, won’t lower than warrants B , coz it’s maturity date definitely will be longer than warrants B which is 5 years.

So, I conservatively estimated it’s price at least got 0.08
Mother share now is 0.09, definitely it will be spike up to break above 0.30 in soonest of time !

Wow MrsLee, that’s great !
Then you will received=> 200,000 /8*3
= 75,000 units of warrants C

And if warrants C price is 0.08,
you will get 75,000 * 0.08 = RM6,000 big CNY Ang Pow!
Congratulations to you MrsLee !

Let say you got 80,000 units of XOX bought at 0.12
Your total investment = RM9,600

you will received warrants C => 80,000/8*3
= 30,000 unit of warrants C

If warrants C price is 0.08,
Your warrants C worth= 30,000*0.08=RM2,400
Return rate= 2400/9600*100 = +25 %
If warrants C price is 0.07,
Your warrants C worth= 30,000*0.07=RM2,100
Return rate= 2100/9600*100 = +21.9%
If warrants C price is 0.06
Your warrants C worth= 30,000*0.06 = RM1,800
Return rate= 1800/9600*100 = +18.8%

So, I just roughly simply estimated that we all will
at least getting a return of around +18.8% to +25%

And make sure the warrants that you received is tally...
Warrants C you received = Your total shares / 8 * 3
(Your total shares divide 8 and then multiple it by 3)

The price is subjective...
If tommorrow limit up to closed at 40 cents,
warrants C price will be around 38 cents...

I believe major share holders will keep on buying in the shares in order the percentage control of the company won’t diluted by the increase of total number of shares...

And once it’s share price already break above RM1.00 or RM2.00 then there will be continues non-stop good news keep coming from the XOX’s management !

So, don’t sell your XOX share & XOX warrants C in a rush for just making a peanut profit only...
