The project they just cancelled are:
1- Cancel medical grade ventilator 17 August
2- Cancel Face mask machine 4 August
3- Cancel Sanitizer Gateway 27 July 2020
4-Cancel Thermometry and Integrated Disinfection Chamber 9 July 2020
AT make 4 Announcement then later cancel all 4 just like that.

There must be a reason for a very long time fintec is just a penny stock. No dividend,no bonus, keep dilute its share and trap many investor.
If fintec is genuine the share price not categorize as a penny stock for a long time.
In the past many who bought fintec got trap to fintec syndicate eating money.

if Pearl Glove acquisition failed there will be no glove for At because from bursa querry, AT dont have expertise in doing glove n only rely on fresh grad phd student.
Without Pearl Glove, AT cannot produce glove. They need Pearl Glove expertise to produce glove.

Please read properly the ripcol is just a letter of award and can be cancel anytime.
AT should write something confirm and not writing something coward that they can cancel the deal anytime.
This what they mention. First Pear Glove need complete acquisition then after that they will proceed on Ripcol.
If they cancel Pearl Glove then the ripcol is just bye bye.
AT still want to play around and extending the Pearl Glove SSA.
AT is very good doing announcement drama. Dont fall into a trap.
