actually, i have question in my mind regarding about MAS. I had been using SIA and Cathay airlines back to my hometown. because why?
1.Other airlines ticket cheaper than MAS. for example 1 trips i save rm400. 4 trips per year i save rm1600.
2.How the MAS marketing target the consumer? did they forget about transit travelers?
Give you an example. Cathay and SIA 4 flight a day to/from their local airport. can you you imagine that the flight occupy stead above 85%? MAS also 4 times a day but small plane.
