I think Comfort still have much room to go provided no more bad news. Comfort still does not have RI, BI, warrant..also a target of take over. But the best part, actually the current team successfully converted the loss making glove company to profitable one. Import alert Published Date: 11/19/2018 it seems Comfort Glove Bhd has been removed.

Kudos to the management. It is not an easy step. Level 1 import alert need at least 5 consecutive shipment without flaw (five consecutive non-violative shipments analyzed....), then after alert has been removed, CGB need to maintain at least 24 months, without flawed shipment.

"..Similarly, if a manufacturer/shipper that has been removed from Level 1 detention has a violative sample analyzed by FDA within 24 months from the date they were removed from Level 1 detention, the district should notify DIOP and submit supporting documentation. DIOP will verify the manufacturer/shipper was listed under Level 1 detention during the past 24 months and if confirmed will place the manufacturer/shipper on Level 2 detention and identify the manufacturer/shipper on the Red List with two asterisks (**) in the notes field..."

There are many malaysia exporter company are in the FDA import list at Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3...and glove companies that are not concern about the inspection detention.

CGB need to improve the QA & QC.
