What make this penny stock so attrictive than others is it ability to hunt and close mega project deals. By weight in current onhand contracts and newly acquired SME (subject matter expert) resources alone have shown it invisible values, aside, CNQC acquisition and Macquerie investment have made it's furture even more compelling. The fair value of this stock should be seen as current NTA of RM0.14 + unconvert value (onhand contracts and human capital) + furture value (potential new projects at higher ground and with cutting edge construction technology from CNQC).
