Q3 2017 Total revenue ~3.5M, P/L loss for the Q3 period ~2.4M, Foreign currency translation loss 6.7M? Can some help to understand how this accounting work ?

If 323,000,000 shares are fully subscribed by investor that mean additional RM406M flow into company pocket for new projects?
