SPNB inked 8 China base companies to invests or provides loan for Malaysia's effortable house initialtives. So Vivocom can either "Sell" some of the shares to these companies, JV or get the necessary loan from them.......good news !! .....hehehe.........

Many belives this counter will not come back......while most of the time when 80% of investors give up...the 20% make the miracle profit. i.e: Many predits IWCITY will continue decrine once it drop beyond 70Cents.........who knows?? even IWCITY declared they have nothing to do with Bandar Malaysia yesterday.... today price didn't drop much as expected.......hehehe......

There are 2 ways about this...….
(1) Join the forces that hate this counter so much, kills it for lost-lost while those whom sell down from 15cents with min shares now will laugh down to floor for free show.
(2) Take the bright site approach, on book, this is still worth 8 cents company with a lot of receivables and on-hand projects that worth some $ indeed. High chances for acquisition target and also hit new big projects, meanwhile, -ve side (push down force) may already come near end of tunnel.......and want the games end soonest possible with option to grab back at lowest say 0.1 cent.

This stock too smart to predits...hope it will wake up....hehehe......

Strong "Buying" force coming in now.....a lot of shares change hand....

The support force are strong with DSONIC.....look like about ready to move up a bit?? just guessing.....hehehe...

Most counter when run at this volumn, investors could enjoy share price appreciation between 10%-30%, but for this undervalue stock, volume top, price still going down to records.........and it happen days ahead of Q3 results announcement.........

But, this look more to "cash generating" & preparing for "Goreng" to me........hehehe....

All good regulation should have a control limits or standard for measurements, I think what missing is a clause state that the revaluation must happen if the property/land did not go for development for a period of time, ie: 3 years.

Bursa under PH should take this on seriously as high priority if want to see shares catch up to real value....no revaluation for a long period of time > 3 years, the shares actually did not reflects the true current value or in NTA......this is unfair to investors where some them have to sell their shares back to market undervalue after a while where they should entitle for fair shares of profits from their investment.

Well, share market performance are one of the key country financial index thus authority must do something effectively to ensure all listed company did not hide some profit in under value property.
