hahaha...today Maybank has upgraded Vivocom by allow their nominee margin account to trade this counter via margin instead of cash purchase only option. This mean Maybank has lower Vivocom risks and ready to take in more of this penny stock due some latest positive development.
So some brewing superb good news to be release soon are true?

I predict CNQC will be coming on board before FY18 to start a new fiscal year and start hunt for FY18 projects in Malaysia.

Yup, there must be many reasons lead CNQC going for FastTrack acquisition, not just only aim as proxy but an immediate ready platform, footsteps and foundation into greater business opportunities. I am one of believer that their plans are just more than a normal acquisition.

Once CNQC deal closed, ~30% of Vivocom shares will be considered lock in for CNQC to emerge as largest shareholder. But if CNQC would like to secure the Board Presidency seat firmly, then, CNQC and it alliance must have at least 51% shareholder support in hand, meanwhile Macquarie may eventually end up holding 10% from the total stake. The remaining 39% shares may eventually determine Vivocom's market share price.

Orga said Golden is shark thus Golden + Shark = Golden Shark. May be this is the one can turn stone to Gold?

I am agree with Justinvestor, this is just beginning, believes more good news on the way....yet to sell bit of Vivocom shares to claims my little cup of current brewing coffee. hehehe

Personally, I likes golden, Orga and JI optimistic attitude towards share investment, at least this time they have shaded some fortune and hope for investors. Aside earning 13.61 cents just in 3Q, TAE is a cash rich org where almost 40% asset are in MYR cash. Half a year ago, TAE was facing a lot of uncertainty due to continue MYR fluctuation against USD where at it worst 1USD = 4.5MYR, lost of MYR value has eventually reflected in share price due to continues selling pressure for financial risks remediation.
Today's MYR have recovered ~10% which translate into ~MYR40 millions unrealized monetary value recovery, ROI that over 22% and yet TAE shares price remains on at MYR 0.62.
Time to acquires some for short and long term investment !!

The return of master VT has really positively impacting BJCorp share price, if he announce bonus issue at this time, share price will burst further.... while he can easily earn the credits and admire by many.

Macquarie last subscription was at 0.1271 with discount.....personally I do not think CNQC will get acquisition price lower than Macquarie's before discount price but should be close enough or slight below NTA depend on their negotiation, term and condition.

The next price driving factor for this stock will depend on how many projects Vivo strikes from FY18 budget and provide fund managers are willing to come in after last few lessons. In absent of fund managers, it need a billionaire range player to move this stock. Forgive me for saying this, goading, prodding and bad mouthing may not help.
