My take, RM 0.07 is a bit under value and oversell although it still can goes lower but believes the turning point should not be further than 30% risks against chances of announcing excitement/surprise that may raise > 50%.

Although still a little big early to enter, but anything below than today price should be a good buy to hold for a year.

For all "interest free" $$ received from shareholder via RI, company's management are ACCOUNTABLE to ensure continue profit and PAY reasonable dividend, for no dividend worst-case scenario, at minimum, the company management must maintain it market share price at par value either via share buyback or other measures to safeguard public investor interest and regain investor confident than just let it go down to the drain!! Please do something that make sense and show us you have the critical management capability or else people start brand you CON, Cheat, sharks...... unless you are one of this kind.

hahaha...today Maybank has upgraded Vivocom by allow their nominee margin account to trade this counter via margin instead of cash purchase only option. This mean Maybank has lower Vivocom risks and ready to take in more of this penny stock due some latest positive development.

Yup, there must be many reasons lead CNQC going for FastTrack acquisition, not just only aim as proxy but an immediate ready platform, footsteps and foundation into greater business opportunities. I am one of believer that their plans are just more than a normal acquisition.

Once CNQC deal closed, ~30% of Vivocom shares will be considered lock in for CNQC to emerge as largest shareholder. But if CNQC would like to secure the Board Presidency seat firmly, then, CNQC and it alliance must have at least 51% shareholder support in hand, meanwhile Macquarie may eventually end up holding 10% from the total stake. The remaining 39% shares may eventually determine Vivocom's market share price.

Orga said Golden is shark thus Golden + Shark = Golden Shark. May be this is the one can turn stone to Gold?

Aside earning 13.61 cents just in 3Q, TAE is a cash rich org where almost 40% asset are in MYR cash. Half a year ago, TAE was facing a lot of uncertainty due to continue MYR fluctuation against USD where at it worst 1USD = 4.5MYR, lost of MYR value has eventually reflected in share price due to continues selling pressure for financial risks remediation.
Today's MYR have recovered ~10% which translate into ~MYR40 millions unrealized monetary value recovery, ROI that over 22% and yet TAE shares price remains on at MYR 0.62.
Time to acquires some for short and long term investment !!
