(0.10?) and ESOS (0.065), now they have control over remaining on RCN and laughign all the way to Bank. IMO Mr Goh still have some distance to go till 30% and he have helper like Michell Looi to emerge quickly. Until Mr God/Goh reach their level, these tiger have no fear in their nest for now.

~ 5% shares change hand today, few hundred K ESOS risk get boot out from office leaving blue eye child to other......is nothing and should consider this $$ as compensation for them.

This stock was originally listed during Dr M 1st PM time, somewhat this stock price has been gone down badly till now since PH government formation. By right coming Q result should be super good in welcoming PH 100 days with not GST period and delay of last Q payment on top of PH has promised to gives zero % tax on construction materials next year, with 2B projects in hand, it easily have additional 10% advance profit on book.

Look like Mr market is positive on BJCorp since more than 3mils buying call already pour in against profit take queue in first half...….if this momentum continues, may be able to close higher today, how about 0.38 in few days time?? hehehe....

1. Approve/legalize approach for majors to reinvest $ into company aim for bigger and longer goals.
2. May be a plan to diluting yours share holding so "they" have better grips of this company.
3. Cover up for invisible capital burn if any (If company announce major impairment later).
4. Look like this is part/step of "goreng" games since loopholes are wide open & juicy.

Was hitting hard since 26th-April, then come election nomination day and 4.1 cents dividend, what all these mean to TA price in next few trading days, will the tsunami come?

I am at view that there are few measures and critical move that this company need to consider:-
1. Recover it reputation and stabilize share price to gain market confident, eg, there is no reason to play out investors, such as Macquarie which has subscribe at around 0.12 with good intention.
2. Tighten Financial controls, fix finance loose end, avoid $ abuse, protect the $$ from Private Placement for better ROI. Finance and controller present seem weak or absent at this moment.
3. Set up a special task force such as PMO to select, invest, prioritize, track, monitor and close projects with max profitability.
4. Telco or IT business has shown as burden for now, need some level of revamp and target more innovative new market.
5. Bad market reputation result low employee morale issue. Low morale=low job security=low efficiency=Project failure.
6. Maintain all level check and balance, eg: check and balance between CEO and CFO, not otherwise.

For a annual profit making company, have 2B contracts in hand, just got hand full of new funding from private placement and potentially may strike FY18 big projects, it definitely not going to PN17 so soon compare to other ACE market counter.

My take, RM 0.07 is a bit under value and oversell although it still can goes lower but believes the turning point should not be further than 30% risks against chances of announcing excitement/surprise that may raise > 50%.

Although still a little big early to enter, but anything below than today price should be a good buy to hold for a year.

For all "interest free" $$ received from shareholder via RI, company's management are ACCOUNTABLE to ensure continue profit and PAY reasonable dividend, for no dividend worst-case scenario, at minimum, the company management must maintain it market share price at par value either via share buyback or other measures to safeguard public investor interest and regain investor confident than just let it go down to the drain!!
