Ooi is right, the FBMKLCI is not representative of the entire mkt. Can the 30 stocks represent the whole mkt? Definitely no. Most of the 30 stocks in the KLCI are blue chips and GLCs are supporting the index. We have to look at the broad mkt n not skewed to KLCI alone.

Ya lor...but if u look for the past 3 weeks, share price came off twice after reaching a new high. That's where I pocketed in between and bought back when it reached bottom. Still holding though. Probably share price has factored in election fears.

I was also used to the 1 = 1,000 units. That was sometime ago. But the industry has split the 1,000 units to 100 units to make it more affordable.

1 lot = 100 units as per the normal order sent to broker. Last time they called 1 lot = 1,000. Now changed to 1 lot = 100 units.

Desmond, I was lucky, nothing spectacular. Whacked 500 lots this morning and made 6 sen. Imf-hau may have whacked more than me. I'm just a small trader bro. Luck don't come often.

Yup, Najib deserves a chance. Anwar had already been given the chance but he screwed up. Interest rate was double digit rocket high when he was the Finance Minister. The nation was on the verge of bankruptcy with his doing. Our economy almost went bust. Never learned from this? U still want him to be the PM? I also voted for the opposition in the 2008 election but switching to BN this time round. U have to take the best of the two even though Najib has his weaknesses but Anwar is worst. So far the economy is well-managed. How much better do we expect from Anwar after what he had done to the economy when he was the Finance and DPM? To me it's just too risky...never n never...

The privatisation rumour has been in the mkt since early last year and nothing announced. Probably just rumour to attract attention. MBSB & EPF denied each time Bursa queried them.

Patimas hit its high of 20.5sen on 17 Jan, now 4 sen, down 5-fold, not up 5-fold...wondering why people still interested in this dead stock. I'm sure lots got burnt...
