Simon Lai This quarter is without project facilitation fees and this is mitigated by higher rental from logistics leasing which is more sustainable and good for the company. This clear the worry of some investor on the company relying on project facilitation fees. The rental income will be keep increasing and profit growth is more clearer and sustainable. Very exciting to hope the management can start to get more terminals with only 2 terminal contracts closed in 2021 due to pandemic.

The management has said before to get 3~4 TMC a year.

B) Revenue from TMC. I may be wrong but I have different opinion that 1.2mil may be estimated annual income, instead of month income.

As period is 15 years with capital invested was 6.5mil, it may be making sense if 1.2mil fee is on annual basis

A) the profit margin of 35% used may not so straight forward, as it consisted the consultancy fee that commanded very high margin which above 65%.

However, the management has stated these are rental, the corresponding costs should be lower or minimal, these may have much higher margin, say 50%++

I thought it was wrongly stated in the earlier news, but now the director said it again publicly in the edge, it is very exciting to see something very good in the last Q result.

Entered since 90c, topped up more when price was 1.06 to 1.14.

I like the dividend payout of this company & I have confidence in this company to do well in 2022 as e-commence is still not reaching the ceiling yet.

This EMGS/Education thing has been repeatedly mentioned by the Management years back

After reading SCICOM's past years' annual & quarterly reports, I am still unable to visualise the future of this business segment even until today, judging from the past years revenue generated from this activities.

Me too, collect everyday, though my entry price is lower than current price, but still very attractive at this price

Record revenue & profits, congratulations to all

Potential growth factor in 2022:

1) Rental from logistic customers, with minimum of RM650k per month for now, started from September 2021, with potential of higher amount in coming months.

PTRANS has two logistics tenants taking up 30~40% of Terminal Meru Raya and 10% of Kampar Putra Sentral. PTRANS will earn from the greater of percentage of revenue share or RM500k/month (for customer B) and RM150k/month (for the smaller customer U). PTRANS hopes to bring on more logistics tenants to beef up the occupancy at Kampar Putra Sentral, which currently stands at 60% (vs. our full-year expectation of 70%).

2) 3 to 4 contracts on Terminal Management Services (TMS)

management is expecting 3 to 4 contracts next year. Estimated yearly contribution of at least RM3~4 mil upon fully execution.

3) higher rental collections post MCO lockdown

I personally look for PE10~11, compared to PE15 for Airport, due to smaller size of PTrans.
