It is possible, paperplane. Tan Sri may have bigger plan for Ekovest in Bandar Malaysia project, who knows?

Duke 1&2, SPE (duke 3), EkoCheras, Construction order books (5.3b+0.4b =5.7b), River of Life (4b), EkoGateway (2.6b) & longer term for Bandar Malaysia.

It's like reading normal house S&P agreement, focus on schedules or last sections will be good enough, the rest leave it to lawyer. (◠﹏◠)

It is good to learn but don't dig too deep because those legal terms will drive you crazy. Just focus on certain key areas, my 2 cents opinion.
