An award concession is not a licence to operate, its akin to a caretaker/owner, authorized and entrusted by the state Gomen to carry out various activities pertaining to the award.. All land with derived mineral resource belong to the state gomen. Clear?
Does SS possess mining License? No, based on these assumptions 1) Its unlikely SS could provide the capital resource, and if it was able to, then this whole episode will not be created because Bahvest has no relevance to be in Bt Mantri. 2) SS in so far is not reported dealing in gold along the entire supply chain. A simple similar reference of a licence commodity: Even if you have huge acreage of Palm oil, without MPOB registration, no way can your commodity be transacted to the immediate entity without proof of licence, to prevent fraud from illicit goods. 3) SS don't pay taxes for the gold dealings, but Bahvest do. In short SS is only a rent seeker paying only royalty to gomen as concession owner. Hello Bros, Concession owner and not LAND OWNER! Clear?

Issue of licensing: . State level: Awards are conferred to companies not individuals. If I recall Wullendorf Sdn Bhd, is/was the current license holder. Ministry level is just policy making, regulatory and harmonization of procedures development. At the most they will just cover lost ground to 31.5 to 33.0. But I am betting there will be attempts to take it to between 40-50 sen just b4 qtr report Nov release. However days are still early, another 50 trading days to go. This market maker will need about 14 to 21 active trading days to achieve those targeted levels. Just like any other creation and its evolution on earth, Live streams have their use and benefit, no doubt, as the fundamental data transformed into the subsequent future information pertaining to the counter of focus. But if one is not aware or cautious in its application, then it can spell trouble. In fact, name it whatever, all counters in Bursa carry some form of element of uncertainties. So considered as nothing new.
Now, Would it be difficult to treat your purchases of Bahvest similar to money that you set aside in EPF contributions, whereby you do not bother about whatever circumstances of change that would appear in the environment, because virtually you are not empowered to decide the outcome. And to do this, leave Bahvest out from your live streams. But I guess this would be very difficult if you cannot stop the addiction of being compulsively driven to watching prices flipping on screens. Consider this for a moment: is it rational to make spot on decisions, based on momentary changes of price dynamics, or price flipping on screens., if you bought Bahvest with a longer term objective? Would a one day movement of prices matter, if a company is deemed to grow in the future? So what is your take on this!....

Thanks Bro, but the fact is what I have written is no new info, its something that has already been explained previously. Buts its just that issues of the same premise keep cropping out, because of the disheartening reservations people feel with the new perspective currently perceived with Bahvest. I say "perception", is because there is a whole load of assumptions being made that people refuse to accept it as positive interpretation and thus are guided by fear and uncertainty.
Perhaps knowing that Bahvest is taking a breather from its previous role as server of suspense thrillers makes it less appealing now, but I reckon that would be a good indication of stability being achieved for management to rectify and improve conditions conducive for the future prospects of Bahvest.

As for Buncit, aka Dracula, aka fishermen: with the impending cases against him, he has the time to dabble with the shares of Bahvest? Imagine, he sold at the 9-12 sen range, might not have made even a single sen due to margin losses. and now buying higher just to disturb the market? What logic, can someone please explain? The Kretam raiders has in total now about 20% holdings. If they short Bahvest now, what would be the worth of the shares held by Buncit, if he was to purchase and do another vengeful takeover? Do you seriously think Buncit can come up with more than RM 80 mil just to overwhelm the Kretam raiders holding? It cannot be any less because, he has to remove all the directors and the associated holding companies. Buncit sold his 16% at about average say 12 sen, collecting approximately 19 million (assuming no lossess, which i doubt, as the trading dynamics indicate sale under duress), and now come up with 80 mil. Like Cicakman says, ini orang ada sekolah ke tidak?

With a qtr report of muted 19 mil revenue AND HOLDING IT AT THIS LEVEL, we should be grateful and counting our blessings that the Director's are protecting their holy grail at 30 sen. There are 3000 over companies in Bursa which you can pick and choose for interim plays. but not Bahvest for this purpose now. It just concluded reporting, perhaps if something were to happen it will be in October. ( sounding like the opposition giving moving unseating dates of the current government kah kahk kah). Bro, there are another 50 trading days to go. rather than focus on Bahvest, go do other things more worthwhile. Shares that you buy should work for you , not make you anxious and sick. Either way, ask yourself the reality: What can you do in your current capacity to improve Bahvest price? Any recommendations.? Well if you feel the heat, then get out of the frying pan. Its pointless to lament, which only makes you seem pathetic. Be like Mario Bro, he exited, but i respect him for his decision.

All the factors that created the euphoria and heart stomping trading dynamics in the last qtr are no more in play. And now it is all back to mundane operations. Bahvest now is just like any other ordinary counter, sitting on its base average Directors purchase price, b4 this Nov. coming quarter. Another 50 more trading days, and is it expected to trade aggressively like in the last quarter?. When things are calm, we think that it shouldn't be. When they provide us the anxiety, we become furious, disappointed and depressed. So what satisfies us? Every day going up? Bro, no market maker is a welfare provider.

If you wish to submit an injunction or letter of demand, it is immediate, because that comes from the legal office, straightforward issue , they get the fee for the preparation process based on templates, so easy money: with the letter completed, they convey it to the affected party. But if ensuing response or resolution or settlement, aside court intervention, among parties, then lawyers will submit to relevant courts for initial hearing.
Its only 3 months since this whole episode started. Let me give an unrelated but reliably true example, based on many of my experiences: I have submitted many land ownership and inheritance application for initial hearing to "Pusaka Kecil" sessions court, and their professed charter is they will inform date of hearing within 6 months. Nay: it will be 9 months to a year, only then you obtain the date of hearing. and if parties are not in agreement during the first hearing, then the whole episode of haggling will go through many days in court. from one court date to another is about 3 to 4 months. So, expectations of court resolution in simple cases such as these will take about 2 to 3 years. Another example just to show how legal processes work much slower than the snail or sloth ( go look up what a sloth is if you are unsure): You have a missing relative that you want to confirm as deceased: police report+ lawyer submission+ investigative and confirmatory period + court decision+ issuance of report: 3-4 years.

About Buncits case: this will be heard at the high court. In all probability, the first sitting might happen early next year. And not to forget, Buncit has multiple cases, especially breach of fiduciary duty. If they keep on fighting and arguing in court to and fro, 5 years minimum. All these legal cases will not affect operations, becos companies have their legal experts to drag cases like sheet, if they have to. But Buncit will have to fork out from his pocket for legal services. So who is under pressure now?
That is why on matters of injunction or at the junction or under the junction or over the junction, it does not matter. The case is going to court. If drag on for 5 years, imagine the legal fees running in the millions, and Buncit is defendant against those Kretam Raiders who have proof of substance to nail him for breach of fiduciary duties. Kretam will not pay Buncit a single cent, until a court decision is derived. And BTW, court decision and enforcement ( to make into effect the court decision) are 2 different processes. If the court decides that Bahvest has to pay compensation to Buncit, not necessary for Bahvest to pay immediately. So if Buncit wants to declare Bahvest insolvent, Brother, the process of litigation goes into Bahvest legal 2.0. How many years more? Your guess is as good as mine? But do you have the patience like Warren Buffet to hold on to a company for more than a decade? Because I am calling your bluff that you do not have Ace of Spades in hand, if you know what i mean.😁😁😁😁

Quite some time ago, I did make a passing remark with KK7198, that threads or forum are a transitional journey, and share players will reside in it for the action of the moment. Being nomadic in its natural predisposition, they will seek new domains to roost once the circus is over, and thereafter the cycle repeats. So if it was not for the variations in subject matter communicated, Bahvest might just drop or be relegated to dormant or silent mode.
Anyway, I intend to post few threads today just to present a few comments on pertinent matters related to Bahvest. Was up north last week visiting some relatives and meeting some people on land related matters.
