The mother share have gone up so much prior to the listing of warrant, chance of falling cannot be neglected.

I just study recent gabungan AQRS free warrant case, it took 3 months from the warrant announcement date to the listing of warrants. Although Bursa has approved but period of waiting is long. If taking the example of AQRS, Instacom announced it in June so I deduce the actual listing date for free warrant might only happen in Sep? Both companies have very similar case worth to have a look, correct me if i am wrong.

Casual_investor, there are many undervalued stocks but their prices just don reflect it. The selling could be due to speculative fund want to pull out quickly, investors are not convinced on the deal etc. The well-informed people might have sold out the share during the hype earlier, that's why the shares didnt move up as much as it supposed to be although nearing the announcement.

A very similar trading pattern like OSK, the share price slump after the announcement with selling order far exceed the buying side. The deal may be better than OSK however there is too many punters waiting to cash out, will be interested to see if ECM able to hold on well for the coming days.

Usry, wish you are right. I sold out all my shareholding. My feeling told me that the deal will not be done so soon, just like OSK's case, it went through many level of approval. Price tend to overshoot when the exposure is at its peak

The approval was obtained by Finance Ministry only, i think there is some more approval needed before they can really merge. So be patient again ~~

This is an obvious trick which was planned and organized, he made $ but lose its reputation. Quite amazed that such thing can happen. Feel sad to those who still holding the shares. For contra counter, I don't hold them for overnight because many uncertainty and amazing things can happen.

RC is too sophisticated for us, his entry price is lower than any of us and if he sell, the selling price will be higher than most holders, he stands to win at the end. once the penny stock fever gone and T+3 come in, you know what will happen. I think is too risky at this moment.

My pure guess, the CITI's 5.47% was under nominee account. The volume and price of this company along with other penny stocks have been cooked up. Timing of in and out is crucial. News say Stock exchange is trying to curb the over-speculation, the sentiment may have adverse impact the share price. The current price exceed their fundamental. Small investors like us have to be careful, don't let our hard earn $$ drain away.

My opinion, both GLC and non GLC will drop like hell cos there will have lots of uncertainty. Non GLC should fare much better than government linked companies anyway

ECM maybe good but this counter has been accumulating too many punters, it is like more on speculation rather than for its fundamental now, and don't forget there is just so many good listed companies but their prices just never act accordingly. Anyway, I would be more than happy to see its announcement earlier than later to realise the gain on our patient..
