I looked at the most recent announcement on EPF's shareholding change, in fact its selling amount was reduced and not big comparing to YTL daily huge transactions. I bet somebody else was clearing its holding.. Probably rebound after it clears out its stocks.

Overall is still making a small money out of this counter after huge drop in profit on post ex warrant date. Luckily managed to sell out during recent hike. Step out for a while, worried speculators futher liquidating their position. Wish all of us the best !

They want to get a good pricing for their warrant so certainly the mother price should look nicely. The US job report announced today is worrying me for shares selldown on next Monday.. For those who been holding the shares at high price, cabut now is too late. To me I feel the price is attractive, the current annualised PE is only 6.30 for a growing company and the RM200m YTL contract is just going to start.

However, the market is volatile, it could be fall further or bounce back once those speculators clear out their holding. I sold them out earlier but today bought it back a bit at 0.26 & 0.27.

yea theoretically... In fact many warrants are in negative but there is always few cents attached to them, can partially recoup some losses. I sold out some shares at the opening bell and bought back at 0.285 hopefully minimize the loss. It was oversold just now, this stock doesn't deserve at that valuation.

slts, don be so pessimistic.. shares are either up or down. We never know how will it be at the time of buying. Given the free warrant, I think the fall will be limited and move up again as ex date approaching.

Only five days left for the free warrants entitlement, I think there will be a very strong support and buying power at last few days. Fire price appeared when all get nervous and panic. I hope I am correct.

Patience is not easy to achieve in the share market especially during the volatile period, this is the easiest but also the hardest to learn. fund allocation across different counters, yes, also the key to minimize the risk and max the profit. In fact, I have loaded too many Instacom than I initially plan so had offloaded some at 0.41 soon after the lunch break. Frankly, Instacom is my only speculative counter in my portfolio.

You don understand what I mean... The warrant likely shoot up and make it not worth to convert. Mother share might need to go up to certain extent to encourage conversion if company need money...

Ya tsurukame, that is theoretically.. but the warrant traded price is likely to shoot up and make the holders not worth to convert. If the company really desperate to raise money, they can cook up the mother price so that the exercise is worthwhile. What do you think

Come on, market is not explainable. It could be speculated up or market is pricing it correctly now or the both. This question leave it to the time to prove. Everyone making their own judgement in trading and responsible to the gain or loss made.

My personal view is good for long term holding (even at 0.40 the annualised PE is around 10), it will reflect its true potential value. For short term, following this approval, more announcement will be made very soon in different coming dates from the announcement of ex date to warrants start trading. Gaining more awareness and more speculation could be coming in. Look at the recent gabungan, its price shot up unreasonably toward the warrant trading's commencement date.

even the exercise price is 0.85 of average price, the warrant price should shoot way past its original price when it started trading. This will still make exercise unprofitable. This is a speculative counter for now, many ppl are just in to make some quick money so those exercise thing might not be relevant. Who knows the price will be good in next minute and sell it out?

Tsurukame, you were right if all the warrant are exercised but in real life, how many are done? cos warrant is always traded at premium and even if with a slight premium most people wont exercise it as well. Look at its new contracts on hands and annulised PE, the price is still undemanding.

No, it hasn't. The EGM is being held at 11.30am today. The share price will only be diluted if warrant is exercised. However the warrant is always traded at a premium to the mother shares.

I believe the impact is not fully reflected yet as many people are not aware the EGM is held today.

Today the selling pressure is subdue comparing to earlier days. I think those wanted to sell urgently should have done theirs. The general meeting is held at this moment, the approval of free warrant should boost the share price further
