Three functions will made them busy enug n always find time to fulfil:

1.lecture/teaching
2. research
3.publication

If 3 done well, their name will b fine in journals etc.

I wonder why some claim as academician at higher learning ctr but whole day in n out here without taking care of their noble profesion's reputation!

i guess this people behavior shows their inferior complex n become disgrace to their profession!

Overly detail n meticuolous is the root cause to become academician or good commentators but can never pick any stock when it was undervalue!
