I just share a bit on my opinion since not much talk abt tis ctr. Dominated by institutions, they will hv bankers recomendation once the share price sky rocket, off course with more contracts win n profit but @ high PE

Icon share price fell fm Jun '14, $1.90, May17, $0.50, Mar'18, $0.20 to last clsg @ $0.13.
At last Fri closing, PE was negative 2.48, NTA o.4222 wth 1.177b shares.

The important parts r :

1. O&G industry is @ profitable n stable crude prices of USD70 +, all upstream will hv bigger capex n keep themselves busier fr bigger profit.

2. During the crude oils slump (2015, 16 to early 17), Icon as service provider lost jobs n suffered profit margin squezeed, t4 resulted in share price fell to rock bottom.

3. Icon must rise again, manifested by 2 of the following;

i. The steady n profitable crude gave rise to the jobs availability to Icon... recently just bagged 275m fm Petronas n more to come. 106m bagged fm Exxon Mobil wth existing jobs in hand, there is very certain Icon will return to profit in Q3 given such conducive (higher profit margin) operating environment

ii Owing to the majority shareholders r government link/pension fund, Petronas cannot ignore her responsibility to provide jobs to Icon. based on 2017 top 30 list,Hallmark, EPF, LTH, LWP,ASB, Etiqa takaful....+ Morgan stanley, Pacific growth fund, Deutsche bank, affin Hwang Gwth..... whopping 75% of total no of shares, bal float 24.76%.

iii. Icon av revenue of 60m per quarter will b able to return to black giving the abvmtd scenarios, so the jobs in hand wth forward job award will see Icon alive again fm bottom!
