As you can see from its past record when it was making losses for 2 consecutive years, FLBHD stil paid dividend from 3-5 sen dividend even when it was making huge losses... This has shown that management really takes care of shareholders n really aspired to create values for Shoulders...this is a fundamental company that we should acquire and buy on weakness...assuming we get another 2 sen dividend by year end,this would translate to 6-7% dividend yield even when plywood demand is softening in the short term...Plywood mkt wil definitely pick up again soon...
Declared 2 sen dividend though making quarterly losses..perhaps the only company in Bursa that will continue to give you dividend even when company is making losses...bcos it is cash rich with zero gearing as it is sitting on more than 120 mil in cash that can generate passive income even when its plywood business isn't doing well ...the company itself is investor utilising its massive cashpile to generate income for shareholders...We can expect Focus Lumber to continue paying good dividend though demand for plywood related products are softening...maintain BUY!
At 0.610 it is trading at a huge discount to its forward strong earning growth and Dividend yield...EPS is expected to remain above 20 sen per share if Ringgit continues to slide against USD though lumber price is declining.
We should expect Focus Lumber to maintain its earning momentum comparable to 2022 if USD continues to remain strong as FLBHD derives its major revenue and earnings in USD...Dividend yield is targeted to be 7%...Reiterate BUY!
USD will continue to strengthen to 4.60 which should lift FLBHD's net profit higher for coming quarters...A strong USD versus Ringgit is good news for FLBHD
But USD is strengthening now almost to 4.40 soon...which will increase FLBHD net profits in the future...
Outperformed Call riding on continuous robust growth into 2023 with consistent dividend yield of 7% per share...
Focus Lumber is expected to continue do well this year...Lumber price is recovering and they have huge cashpile to deliver constant dividend to Share Holders...Maintain Buy with target price of 1.00...
Mkland is starting 2023 with expansion mode with more new property launches soon...Its recent Damansara Perdana Rafflesia Hill 2 is selling very well and more launches set to take off soon...Its Renewable Energy division will start to commission from June onwards...Barring any unforeseen headwinds, Mkland is set to perform better financially this year thanks to further property recovery...MK is still the cheapest undervalued property counter in terms of deep value growth...Reiterate BUY with a target price of 0.50...
