Sometimes share prices are pushed down in anticipating for a good news announcement...So that those related parties can acquire at cheap price...if your investment horizon is long term, then why should you worry??? If u have extra money, then you should take this current opportunity to buy more shares at substantial discount...if it drops to 0.15 more beautiful cos it is so much cheaper to acquire than it is 0.190 now...

Share price is 0.12 but its NTA is 0.738 indicating Asiapac is deeply undervalued...if coming quarterly results are promising, then Asiapac should worth around 0.30 in fair value...
