When institutional fund and investors started to buy a stake in Mkland due to its improving business fundamental, then Mkland Wil fly straight to the sky...So far if u check on their 30 largest sholder, there is no large Institutional fund investors...Things might change soon as MK starts to kickstart more projects

I m attracted to its parent company Ayala Land which is the largest developer in the Philippine...MCT used to be trading above 1.00 few years back...If they can achieve back 5-10 Sen EPS I m sure this undervalued gem can reach back 1.00 again in the future...it makes sense to acquire now while it is undervalued

Madjin, there is no way Mkland gonna retrace back to 0.19...From now now on u wil never see MK below 0.20 now that it has 2 Solar plants that wil provide steady cashflow for the next 25 yrs to come...Now MK has fundamental footing that can support its share price... Owner of Mkland must play important role to acquire its own stock to corner it so that there won't be much share outstanding for traders to play around...once a stock is cornered then it is easily up to MKland whether they want it at 0.50 0r 1.00 or 1.50

Dun forget when MK injected assets into Mkland, he had done it at price of around 1.00, thus at 0.205 they are sitting at huge losses by now...They Wil surely ramp it up again above 1.00 to get even when the time and its business fundamental is right...u are safe with this company cos they have never come out with Right Issue or private placement whenever they launch projects as the are financially sound under the umbrella of Emkay Group...

Beautifully explained Madgin, that is only the NAV...there is also RNAV which is Revaluation its landbank n building assets to current price value as its 4800 acres has never been revalued for more than 20 yrs...Under the Land held for development in its balance sheet is stated 750 mil-780 mil at book value which they acquired at dirt cheap price...Now all the landbank is worth more than 5 bil as land value has appreciated several folds...Hence its real value on accounting std is 2.50-3.00 per share...At 0.205 it is still deeeeppplyyyyyy UNDERVALUED!!!

I long to see Mkland returns to its former glory during its heydays when its share price skyrocketed to nearly 4.00 twenty yrs ago...things are looking optimistic for MK now as it has successfully diverted to RE without relying solely on property sales...Don't forget MK is also operate resorts and theme park and with more arrival of tourists fm China, Mkland should see brighter days ahead

It is optimistic that MK successfully diversified to RE industry so as not to depend solely on property mkt that is so uncertain...With the current win bid, MK will be owning 2 Solar plant and there could be a third which they said have allocated 700 acres in Lembah Beriah for collaboration with Norway n french company in the future...MK is the next RE powerhouse..

Limit up is max 30% of last traded price...So the most MK can rise today is limited to 0.225...that is the ceiling cos Bursa set a limit ceiling 30% by which a stock can rise in a single day ...

Nickyeo, I have seen many stocks risen from 0.15 to over 1.00 within 1 year due to fundamental shift or due to improved financial earnings prospect or Goreng activities...But if MK continues to secure and launch new projects, then it could rise above 1.00 just as a stock can crash fm 1.00 to 0.20 in just a glimpse of eye...3000 acres land in Lembah Beriah is massive that if successfully launched and attract multinational companies to come to set factories n warehouses in Lembah Beriah Perak which is bordering penang, then it will inject a great shot in the arms for Mkland...Always remember many that have fallen shall rise high again and many that has risen shall tumble again...this is stock market and the real strength of a company lies on its assets and strong balance sheet n MK has all of that
