Mkland continues to be profitable as it posted 3th quarter fin result and net cash risen substantially...Its Solar energy division sud contribute positively to its financial performance by end of next year while its recent land disposal wil help Cushion mkland from the adverse effects caused by MCO...MK wil continue to be profitable supported by its zero gearing balance sheet and land disposal...We should expect at least 1 sen dividend maybe by 4th quarter...

Most of its quarterly loss is in the form of impairment loss...So it is recoverable when it's investment value rises back nxt time...

What we need in stock investment is patient...Mkland is not for day trader...it takes time its value to emerge from its land disposal and solar energy venture....if u buy a stock wishing tat it wil double up nxt year, then everyone is a billionaire, no need to work...Patient is the Key
