Yess still entitled... Today quarterly result wil give us a clear picture of its direction of share price... Fin result should improve due to its contribution fm Rumah Selangorku Bukit Beruntung project n Perak affordable house...Mkland is least affected by MCO compared to other developers...

3th Quarterly fin result wil be out on 27th or 28th, hopefully they wil declare 2nd interim dividend of 1 sen...a big surprise might be!!! And final dividend of 1 sen bringing to a total of 3 sen per share to my projection...

Mkland stil has around 33-35 mil backlog to Frank dividend fm previous Perak land sale...tis is equivalent to 3 interim payout of 1 sen each...combined with its earnings fm Rumah selangorku n perak affordable housing projects, we expect dividend to maintain at least for 2 years to come...Any land disposal in future wil deliver windfall of dividend to shareholders... Even its 200 acres of remaining landbank in Damansara Perdana is worth at least 2.6 billion to my estimation...
