If investors have faith with Mkland, no amount of negative comments n outlook can shake their stronghold in Mkland...I m here to give comments I don need someone to sell cheap to me as there are plenty other property counters much more better than Mkland tat has lousy profit earnings...Mkland said wanna slowdown n be cautious with new launchings to minimise poor take up...Then how come LBS n even Ecoworld despite property slowdown still proceed with massive projects exceeding 2 billion GDV for 2018...Bcos they are confident and bold and aggressive while Mkland always in the comfort zone even when property mkt was having bullish few yrs back...Mahsing also proceed with aggressive launching for 2018, only Mkland lagging behind!

Very encouraging result as Unbilled sales still at record high 995 mil up to date... Dividend for tis year should increase to 4 or 5 Sen and total EPS should rise to 16-18 Sen per share...Symlife should trade above 1.00 with tis kind of good EPS...will buy more tomorrow...
