Without Empire Mammoth, Damansara Perdana won't thrive...So far their vision is weak and lacking strategic planning...So the best is still to privatise the company BUT at what price?

Very disappointed tat MK just gave the the away at damn cheap price, some more the land is just beside main road...I as a shareholder felt deeply frustrated...I hope the remaining 230 acres MK will keep it tight for the next 50 yrs or when it reaches 1000 psf.. Don repeat the same mistake...Plsssss...No point to sell land then The IRB LHDN start chasing them for additional tax penalty...it was a double blow n loss for Mkland for selling the land to Empire...On the brighter side Empire has transformed DP into a remarkable city tat brings values to both parties...Mkland alone can't carry out big project like Empire City...So Give n take...

Tat plots of land sold to Empire has become a jewel to Empire Mammoth nowaday...Now they aborted their plan to develop Empire City 2 n put the land for sale at a whopping 800 mil...Wow what a handsome profit... Really thanks to MK for selling cheap cheap last time...Sigh!

The BIG ??????? Is WHY they sold DP land to Empire Mammoth at 5 times lower compared to what Empire Mammoth paid to Crest Builder...Those are Prime land bank OK and it was disposed at far below 80 psf...it is worth at least 300 psf today...something is very wrong here!

I m very sure the current land in which Empire City is sitting on now was also purchased fm Mkland too at dirt cheap price last time...bcos it was reported Empire so far has purchased 4 plot of strategic DP land from Mkland at dirt cheap price from 2007-2011...tat is where the 80 bil tax bill penalty comes from...If they didn't sell to Empire last time, Mkland won't be in deep shit with the tax penalty n have larger plot of Damansara perdana landbank...

Why Mkland was so dumb to sell its DP land to Mammoth Empire at such a far below market value price...Wow 58 acres of Damansara prime landbank sold to Empire at just 130 mil What a stupid deal!...today Empire is advertising tis 58 acres for sale at 800 mil, more than five times higher than what Empire paid to MK last time...OMG why sold so cheap to Empire????? NOW they are laughing to sell tat land at 800 mil...they could rake in at least 600 mil net profit for tis plot of land sale...It is proven once again tat MK management is so weak and unwise tat they failed to see the future value of its landbank...it is proven in its share price too...A company tat has massive landbank but share price depressed at 0.26...very disappointing...Mkland really needs intelligent new blood to push the company forward...All of us here wanted to know why MK sold so cheap to Empire last time, and because of tis land sale also, Mkland is slapped with 80 mil tax penalty, really double impact for Mkland...
