I m very sure the current land in which Empire City is sitting on now was also purchased fm Mkland too at dirt cheap price last time...bcos it was reported Empire so far has purchased 4 plot of strategic DP land from Mkland at dirt cheap price from 2007-2011...tat is where the 80 bil tax bill penalty comes from...If they didn't sell to Empire last time, Mkland won't be in deep shit with the tax penalty n have larger plot of Damansara perdana landbank...

Why Mkland was so dumb to sell its DP land to Mammoth Empire at such a far below market value price...Wow 58 acres of Damansara prime landbank sold to Empire at just 130 mil What a stupid deal!...today Empire is advertising tis 58 acres for sale at 800 mil, more than five times higher than what Empire paid to MK last time...OMG why sold so cheap to Empire????? NOW they are laughing to sell tat land at 800 mil...they could rake in at least 600 mil net profit for tis plot of land sale...It is proven once again tat MK management is so weak and unwise tat they failed to see the future value of its landbank...it is proven in its share price too...A company tat has massive landbank but share price depressed at 0.26...very disappointing...Mkland really needs intelligent new blood to push the company forward...All of us here wanted to know why MK sold so cheap to Empire last time, and because of tis land sale also, Mkland is slapped with 80 mil tax penalty, really double impact for Mkland...

Is there such a report? It is a good thing they sold cheap to ME last time as they turn DP into a goldmine...the remaining 230 acres Mkland now holding is the most precious land in klang valley now...Empire will buy more DP land fm Mk at very expensive price in the future

Nick...tat is not the right way to invest...we should buy those counters tat u think will rise very soon...Once u 've profited from tat counter then only u come back to buy back tat sleeping counter or u jump to other counters which u know will rise very soon to make a fast profit...If u stay with Mkland u will waste a lot of ur time n youth...If got dividend still can hold....without dividend trash it to the rubbish hole Asap...

Hehe I switched to other counter, tat share price already rose 30%, Mkland still swimming at 0.265 without any clear direction...You all just wait lar for durian to drop yea...dividend also they don wanna give tat is a total turn offffff...

Sold almost 80% d....I lost hope on tis counter switched to other shares which proved to be be a right decision some more with dividend....

Some companies have very low NTA but grow their net profit every yrs...just look at Uchi Tec n Padini...these companies have NTA less than 0.80 yet they are trading at above 2.00 and 4.00...It is its profit n sterling fin performance tat caused its share price to rise further...

Ever wonder why all others previous Damansara projects launched by other developers near Damansara Perdana were selling like hot cake, BUT not MK projects...Management vision n innovative direction is very crucial in determining a company success...NTA is only useful if the company were to liquidate the company but it will never happen...In the end operation profit is still the ultimate indicator of a company success...not ur so called NTA or RNAV...

High NTA is useless if a company can't turn resources into profit...All these years it seems tat they are only good at talking but lack strategic project execution...its revenues n profits never grow since 2004 till now even though they have land...It is still a Sell CALL with target price of 0.24 after factor in the potential 80 mil tax penalty tat will be declared under impairment or misc losses soon...Its weak management is the biggest problem Mkland is facing so far...

At least it will dampen sentiment for Mkland for short term
